She's very knowledgeable about so many things. She has given me Botox as well as three Morpheus 8 treatments. She made my 76 year old face be as good as it can be. The staff at Revive is very professional and friendly. They are all very helpful, it's very easy to book appointments and they answer any questions that I have. I always recommend Revive Medical Spa to everyone.

I turned 53 in 2023 and people kept asking me if I was tired. I decided that maybe I should try Botox, so I found RN Tracy D at Revive. I explained that I wasn't trying to compete with my 20 year old daughters but just wanted to look rested and refreshed for 53. She totally got it and I've seen her twice a year ever since. Tracy is incredibly talented, patient, kind, objective, and HONEST. She has never tried to BS me and has always been candid about what she can and cannot achieve. She is a rockstar and a good human too. So yesterday (Friday 10/2/26), I was updating her on what she knows has been a tough year or so. I mentioned some additional concerns and she said that I might benefit from filler; and recommended I talk with Breanna. I guess the stars aligned yesterday because Bre had a cancellation after I got done with my Botox. Tracy explained to Bre that now at 56, I'm just trying to look vibrant for my age and less exhausted than I am. I told Bre that I'm on Teams meetings all day and noticed that I just didn't look like myself anymore. She explained the loss of volume and provided a conservative treatment plan. I went for it with some Voluma in my cheeks and skinvive in my parenthesis. I haven't had filler before. I looked normal and natural when I left ... and less tired. But this morning I looked like I slept for a week! In sum, Tracy and Breanna were simply superb. I had been saving money each paycheck for a splurge trip but instead, I spent it at Revive under Tracy and Bre's wise guidance. And I look better than I would have after a vacation! If you're having doubts about who to trust with your face or worried about looking like Kardashian...don't fear - see Nurse Tracy D for expert Botox and Breanna for filler. They will ensure you look like you - just the well-rested version!

I had an amazing first experience with Sarah, the physician who saved me from my stubborn acne with a quick steroid injection. Honestly, it was so fast and painless I'm mad at mysef for not doing it sooner. Then there's Sam, the patient concierge. A geniunely sweet guy- super talkative, social, and instantly inviting. We bonded over K-pop (thanks to my K-pop themed hat!) and truly might go back just to chat wth him alone. LOL But hey..they also do tons of skincare services...so I definitely have to go back! Pros: * Friendly, knowledgeable staff who explain everything clearly * Quick and easy acne steroid injection (10/10 would let Sarah poke me again) * Sam - so pleasant and such a sunshine (Bonus points for being a K-pop lover) * Cute, inviting studio vibes * Plenty of parking (a rare luxury) * Fair pricing and no pressure to buy any products * Wide menu of skin services (I'll definitely have to make a consultation) Cons: * What cons? Other than it might be a future addiction! Overall: Highly recommend Radiance Wellness for a genuinely delightful spa/med experience. Great first impression!

I was really disappointed with my first experience at Radiance Wellness, especially because I was…read moregenuinely looking forward to learning more about lip filler. I booked a "New Patient - Filler" appointment through their online booking system, which showed $0 at booking. The description mentioned a comprehensive facial assessment and customized treatment plan but did not disclose a consultation fee. I was also asked to provide a credit card, and my confirmation email referenced a $100 cancellation credit for appointment changes made within 48 hours. When I arrived, I specifically asked the front desk whether my appointment was a consultation. The employee explained that I hadn't selected the consultation-only option but said he would update it. However, he never mentioned that this change would result in a $100 fee. The PA-C I met with was genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and informative, and I appreciated her taking the time to answer my questions. I was primarily interested in subtle lip filler and getting a quote, so I was a little surprised when chin filler was also recommended. While I understand that providers may suggest treatments based on facial balance, I wasn't looking to explore additional procedures and felt somewhat upsold. They also took photos for reference in case I decided to return, which I appreciated. It wasn't until after my consultation that I was informed of the $100 fee, which could be applied toward future services. To make matters worse, I was mistakenly charged $200 instead of $100. When I returned to the front desk, the staff apologized and explained that an employee had made an error. I was told the $200 would be refunded and that I would be charged the correct $100 separately, leaving me with $300 in charges on my card while awaiting the refund. Afterward, I reviewed their booking system and noticed a separate "Medical Aesthetics Consultation Without Treatment" option that explicitly disclosed the $100 fee. I recognize that I initially selected the filler appointment rather than the consultation-only option. However, I specifically clarified this at check-in, and the additional charge was never communicated before my consultation began. My frustration isn't about paying for a consultation. I understand that medical professionals deserve to be compensated for their time. It's about transparency and communication, especially when I made an effort to clarify my appointment beforehand. It's unfortunate because I genuinely appreciated the PA-C and had a positive experience speaking with her. However, the unexpected fee and billing error overshadowed what could have been a great first visit. I hope Radiance Wellness improves its communication around appointment types and consultation fees so future patients know exactly what to expect.

Simply step inside to green biotics and be subject to high pressure sales tactics by sleazy snake oil salesmen attempting to sell you fantastically overpriced skincare items that don't work and you don't need. And if you make the dumb mistake of actually being harassed into purchasing such products, be aware they will make sure that getting your money back is more painful than a root canal. I went in to the store on a Wednesday for a "complimentary facial." I wish I never stepped foot inside the store and I definitely wish I had never purchased any of the products. When I got home my face had become red and itchy where they had applied their highly touted eye cream. I called the store the next morning and told them I would like to return the unused and unopened items. They didn't want to refund my money. I went back to the store on Friday to return the items and they gave me the runaround directing me to call a number that leads to voicemail and still refused to give me a refund. This place is a scam, plain and simple. They will say whatever it takes to get you to buy something and refuse to give a refund. The Fashion Valley store is a new location, but the franchise has previous operations in other locations which have to keep changing their name because they get so many bad reviews: https://www.yelp.com/biz/luxury-cosmetics-la-jolla https://www.yelp.com/biz/mica-beauty-el-cajon-2 Green Biotics was denied a business application in Northern California because city officials believed the store to be a scam: https://napavalleyregister.com/news/local/bad-yelp-reviews-sink-application-for-a-downtown-st-helena/article_8639b4b6-9cd5-5cdc-b4f5-630eb49412dc.html Complaints logged at the Better Business Bureau: https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/la-jolla/profile/skin-care/adore-1126-172011617/complaints Honestly there's too many bad things about this business to post. If you type in "rip off report" or "better business bureau" with any of the business aliases used - "Tresor Rare", "Luxury Cosmetics", "Adore" you'll find numerous reviews which repeat the words "high pressure sales" and "scam" dozens (hundreds?) of times. If anyone else finds themselves in the same kind of predicament I did, you came to this page after you got scammed, as it seems most people who leave reviews do, it's possible to file complaints with Simon, the property manager of the mall. I can't reasonably believe that Fashion Valley would think this store should be associated with their brand or representative of the experience they wish to subject their customers to. Simon has an online complaint form at: https://www.simon.com/contact?mallId=765 Also, you can file a complaint in person at the Guest Services kiosk next to California Pizza Kitchen and speak with a manager during normal 9-5 business hours. Of course... the best option is to just stay far away from this place. Which is what I should have done.

I can count on feeling much better and more relaxed after each appointment. Many treatment options are available depending on what you want to accomplish, and I continue to try the different products they carry. Dr. Chang knows which products to recommend, and I have enjoyed each one of them. If you are sitting around wondering if you should visit and request a consult, then I encourage you to give it a shot. That is exactly how I started, and I have been coming here for several years now. It's really neat to see how your skin can improve with the proper care and treatment.

My Experience with Beatitude Aesthetic Medicine and Dr. Aria Chang in San Diego, California…read more My experience with Beatitude Aesthetic Medicine and Dr. Aeria Chang in San Diego, California, was extremely disappointing. Based on my personal experience, this was one of the worst aesthetic treatment experiences I have ever had. I visited Dr. Chang's office for the following treatments: Venus Freeze treatments: Neck, face, underarms, thighs, abdomen, and back. Laser treatment for spider veins: Legs. Dr. Chang assured me that she would use high-quality cosmetic products and provide treatments that would produce satisfactory results for my face and body. Unfortunately, after six treatment sessions, I saw no noticeable improvement. I paid a total of $6,500. After depositing my check, Dr. Chang, in my view, failed to address my concerns and stopped communicating with me. I felt ignored, misled, and abandoned as a patient. I expected professional care, honest communication, and a genuine effort to address my dissatisfaction, but that was not my experience. I found her conduct deeply unprofessional and unacceptable. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, honesty, and compassion, especially when they invest a substantial amount of money in aesthetic treatments. My Experience with the Small Claims Court Case After my attempts to resolve this matter failed, I filed a lawsuit in an effort to recover my money. During the proceedings, Dr. Chang's husband, Mr. Scott, presented an agreement that I maintain I never signed. I signed a medical consent form, but I did not sign the separate agreement presented in court. I believe my signature was copied from the medical consent form and placed on the disputed agreement without my authorization. I was deeply troubled by this situation. I also disputed the testimony presented by the witnesses who appeared on Dr. Chang's behalf. In my view, I was not given a fair opportunity to examine the disputed document and fully explain my position to the judge. Unfortunately, I lost the small claims case and was unable to appeal the decision under the rules applicable to my circumstances. As a result, I felt that I had no meaningful opportunity to challenge the document I disputed or fully present my concerns. I believe the circumstances surrounding that agreement warrant serious scrutiny. I strongly dispute its authenticity and maintain that I never signed it. I am sharing my experience so that others can understand the nature of my concerns and make informed decisions before choosing an aesthetic medical provider. A Warning to Other Patients I sincerely regret my experience with Beatitude Aesthetic Medicine. After spending $6,500 on multiple treatments and receiving no noticeable improvement, I was left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and deeply dissatisfied with how my concerns were handled. What made this experience even more distressing was the subsequent dispute over the document presented in court. I believe patients should be able to trust that the documents they sign are authentic, that their concerns will be taken seriously, and that they will be treated fairly throughout the entire process. I encourage anyone considering aesthetic treatments to research their provider carefully, ask for all treatment agreements in writing, retain copies of every document they sign, and maintain records of payments and communications. In my opinion, my experience fell far short of the professionalism, transparency, and patient care that I expected. I hope sharing my account encourages other patients to ask questions, protect their interests, and carefully consider their options before committing to expensive aesthetic treatments. Patients deserve honesty, accountability, respect, and professional care. No one should feel ignored or misled after investing their trust and hard-earned money in a medical provider.
