Before making the purchase, I specifically asked what would happen if I couldn't tolerate the pain, since I had never experienced the treatment before. I was assured that if I completed less than 10% of the treatment, I would be eligible for a full refund. I ended up doing barely one pass and simply could not tolerate the pain. When I requested a refund, I was told they would not issue one because I had apparently been given "misinformation" by their own staff. So now I'm stuck with nearly $3,000 in credit for services I don't want or need. That is completely unacceptable. I ended up using some of the credit on Clear + Brilliant, which was essentially pointless for me, and Botox with injectors that were inexperienced and horrible. The biggest issue here is that I made a major purchase based on information their employee gave me, and when that information turned out to be wrong, LaserAway refused to take responsibility for it.

You get zero reduction in hair no matter how many treatments you do in the package of 8 treatments. They intentionally use low setting at every appointment to stretch out the intentional substandard treatments to get clients to purchase an additional package. I know I have several trained nurses in my family including my spouse. Ive had laser hair removal previously without incident of spectacular results. You take photos at every stage, you tell them after four treatments zero hair loss, nurses act as if they do not want to treat you. They zap once or twice on a low setting you feel nothing especially in the bikini area, when done properly can be an intense area to treat. They pretend at your appointments to take photos but the next visits the photos were lost in their pretend ipad, the lying nurse never took photos only pretending to take them and claiming to have sent them yo their clinical team. The clinical tram call and say, "oh I can't locate the photos. That is ok because i take my own day of the treatment and seven consecutive days following my treatments. I take one prior to my appointment to show zero hair reduction and burns/hyper pigmentation on my legs. I wish i can post a photo below but it's inappropriate. Thing is zero hair reduction in the bikini area, under arms, chin. Zero hair reduction every where. My last appointment an idiot nurse handed me a razor to shave the entire bush below on my 4th treatment. Why so much hair i nerd yo shave. At ideal image my second treatment i had zero hair below and under arms. I was hair free for nearly five years. Went again same excellent results and now this laser away claims, "it's because it's a different laser" correct laser away lasers are trash and other laser companies use better lasers, better trained nurses and nurses that are not afraid to treat certain people.
