Just completed my BLS renewal with Sheri and she was great. I was able to sign up last minute on their website and secured my spot for the next day. She taught the course very efficiently and was able to maneuver all 7 of us in attendance very smoothly. The time spent was very informative, well-planned, and easy to understand. We were also able to apply our skills using mannequins with feedback that allowed us to better learn our areas of improvement for when we are out in the real world. I suggest reserving your spot on the website to ensure your attendance. The classroom only allows 8 students at a time and several students walked in and decided to pay on the spot. Parking is plentiful on the streets. After you take your "celebration of knowledge" you will receive an email the same day with a link to your card. American Heart Association now gives students access to their e-card that can be printed wallet size or saved in a PDF format. read more

I've taken 4 different CPR classes and had vastly different experiences each time, though all were mediocre at best. I desperately wanted to get certified fast and went here as I could squeeze in a class. The trainer has the most updated mannequins and interesting classes of all that I've been to! They read on an app on her phone and she can give specific feedback on each persons' stats. This means you can tell exactly what you need to improve on and by how much. There's nothing subjective about what's needed to save a life, and she offers quantitative measurements to give her students confidence and quality in their compressions. Thanks so much! I will come here when I need it renewed and thank them for all they offer our community. Side note -- there's an awesome thrift store across the street, so if you get there early like I did you'll have prime deal hunting. read more

The company I work required to get First Aid and CPR Classes, we went with Vital Signs CPR, Sheri was super nice and Patient with us, I Loved the fact that the class went by fast because everyone there was enjoying it, it was very informational. Sheri Taught us just the necessary stuff which is really good. I personally have taken other CPR Courses and honestly this was my favorite!! I was in a situation where I needed to renew my American Heart Association BLS/CPR provider card ASAP. I called Vital Signs CPR, and explained my situation. The lady on the phone was very understanding and went the extra mile to fit me into the next available class. The instructor was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the class very interesting. Thank you for accommodating me on such a short notice, thanks to Vital Signs CPR, I was able to upload my certification within the deadline, and was able to retain my spot in my nursing program. Google only allows 5 stars, but the team at Vital Signs CPR gets an extra 5 stars from me, for a total of 10 stars out of 5. Thank you so much read more

Just completed my CPR BLS skills session here with Kathleen. She was great! Very personable and very knowledgeable! The entire process of completing the first part on the AHA website and then coming in for the skills sessions, was so easy and seamless. There were many available sessions to choose from--weekday, weekend, morning, and evening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to obtain or renew their CPR card. read more

When in discussion about cancellation, RED Safety tried to tell me it was illegal to call and cancel over the phone. No. It's not. So.. they also lie about that to try and keep with their whole predatory fake contract practice of charging people beyond contract date. Just avoid them at all costs. Go with ADT. better customer service, better equipment, they actually monitor your system and call you when it goes off AND they can cancel when you call.

We always looked forward to drop-off and pick-up times because the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. Liz always responded to all of my emails within one business day (Usually same day), and they use an app called Brightwheel that the staff use to communicate for all things school-related. I was so apprehensive since this was my first time sending my child off to spend some time without me, but everyone was so amazing and I loved all the updates on what my kid was up to throughout the day via the app. They made sure to send me extra pictures on his first day, which was so sweet. My son has a speech delay and he came home after 2 days singing the alphabet and counting to ten. It was amazing. Their prices were competitive and availability/flexibility was unmatched. Everyone was so kind and the kids have plenty of room to play outside while also being kept safe.

We have had our two boys at this daycare/preschool/pre-K for nearly 3 years. They have been great…read moreto work with over the years and I feel like the teachers and directors really care about the kids. Each age group has their own classroom and multiple teachers so the kids are with peers their own age. They are very engaging with many different activities throughout the day/week/month to keep the kids happy, busy, active and always learning or doing something new. They provide quality food with a lot of variety and a good, healthy balance. There is a nice outdoor play area (partially undercover) that also gets natural shade during the hottest part of the day. Recently they started using a cool app for faculty and parents only which allows them to provide updates throughout the day - everything from what the kids are doing to what they are eating and (opt-in if you want) photos of your kids! It's nice to feel connected during the day even though we're away from our kiddos while working. They have an iPad at pickup and drop-off where you can use a QR code on your phone to check your child in or out "hands-free" which is very helpful these days. They do everything by the book from class size ratios to sunscreen authorization forms, you name it, they adhere to state and local policies. Tuition usually goes up once annually but that is typical with rising costs of everything, living wage increases and food costs in WA state. I'm so glad we found this awesome preschool when we did.
