I wanted to update on this because I had gotten my adt system back up and running a while back and…read morewas having a discussion with them about legality when it came to cancellation. When in discussion about cancellation, RED Safety tried to tell me it was illegal to call and cancel over the phone. No. It's not. So.. they also lie about that to try and keep with their whole predatory fake contract practice of charging people beyond contract date. Just avoid them at all costs. Go with ADT. better customer service, better equipment, they actually monitor your system and call you when it goes off AND they can cancel when you call.
