I greatly appreciate the job that Horatio and Victor did when they cleaned our hvac ducts. Horatio explained various things, showed me before and after pictures, and they went the extra mile to do a great job! They were professional and respectful to our home and taking care of protecting things. I've had multiple contractors in the house over the past two months, and Horatio and Victor are two I am extremely happy with. I also appreciated meeting with Justin before I made a decision about who to hire. He came to the house and looked at our hvac/attic situation. They both did an amazing job not only servicing both units but also providing excellent customer service. Had a great experience with Vital. Justin was so patient with my indecision - such a nice guy to work with. The whole install team was so polite. They installed ductwork and a new heat pump in my basement. They did a great job and then cleaned up all the mess. I have been using Vital Air for 8 years using a maintenance contract guaranteeing 2 service visits per year (you must call them to schedule, they won't call you at each season change like other companies do). When I asked early July to schedule my "RoutineSpring service" they said it was "too hot right now" and that they would call me back later when temperatures had cooled THIS IS AN AIRCONDITIONING SERVICE!!!-they never did call back! They installed a new Lennox brand system a few years back and because they have just noticed on their last visit that we now have another brand in our attic for another floor, they are now refusing to re-new the service contract and maintain & service the new unit they had installed. I guess that's why they never called back to schedule service - even out of common courtesy! Lookout for this!! read more

He also wore booties over his shoes and performed the work quickly and gave us a great report on our HVAC System. Jacob showed us photos of the defective parts and gave us several options in updating/replacing our HVAC system. He is a great teacher to those of us who don't know a compressor from a condenser! Had a house built with their system and install. Had issue with it not cooling evenly. They came out, made it worse, and charged me even though it was under warranty and only 8 months old. I had to get another company to come and diagnose that the design was wrong and add on a 3rd zone. Two years later, I haven't had a single issue since replacing Vital Air. 3 of my neighbors had had the same issue and Vital couldn't fix their systems either, but I knew how to. When I talked to them, all I received was excuses. My recommendation is to look at other HVAC companies. They blocked me on FB when I reviewed them on there. read more

Vital Air installed a whole house central air unit in 2017. Our old house never had central air due to the age etc... We have been extremely pleased with the customer service (Leigh) and all the technicians over the years. Leigh scheduled Jacob to come service our outage within hours of me calling after being out of town. I appreciate that he went above and beyond in troubleshooting and resolving the problem. I also own another property where I had a service contract with another company. They were absorbed by a larger company and the cost/service were horrible. I switched my maintenance service to Vital Air and have been so pleased. The other company mis-diagnosed a problem and I am so glad I called Vital Air for a 2nd opinion.
