This was my 1st time coming at the recommendation of a friend. My 60 min body massage was good, but the ~ 30 min foot reflexology was less than average. My masseuse didn't speak English, & we worked it out with sign language. I've lived all over the world - no biggie. She was firm & did a good body massage 4/5. Somewhere into the 50min mark - the noise started. The phone was ringing, massage staff are yelling to each other, no one was at the desk so the phone would ring longer than needed. This definitely ruined the vibe. Then when I go to pay $85 for my 90 min combo & respond to the sign to pay tips in cash. I gave more than 10%, and the owner/manager says that's too little. I was shocked. Folks, a tip is not guaranteed. I gave according to the quality of my experience. And you made it 50% worse by opening up your mouth to complain about the amount that was given, esp. after knowing the noise you allowed customers to enespecially. For the last 30 mins. Provide better customer service, and maybe you'll get better tips. I've seen you have a bad reputation of serving Black customers. You ruined what was a decent massage experience!!! You should be ashamed as a business person to treat customers this way. read more

I learned about this company through Groupon. They offered a great deal for a 50 minute body massage with 10 minutes of foot massage. I booked an appointment prior to showing up to redeem the offer as the Groupon offer details requested. When I arrived, the waiting room was empty but I could hear some staff working in the back. Soon a female staff member appeared. She asked for my Groupon information as well as my appointment details. Then I was told to wait until a masseuse was available. I did notice that I was never asked if I preferred a male or female masseuse. For me that equaled a negative one star for customer service immediately. I have never experienced that from a massage company before but I guess customer preference doesn't matter here. Once my massage started everything was going well until the masseuse began interrupting my service to attend to other things. I didn't appreciate my massage being interrupted not once or twice but several times. Then to make things worse I began to feel a draft every time he left and it felt as if I was being watched at one point. Respecting my gut feeling I removed the covering that the masseuse had put over my head and looked up. I not only did I find the room door was left wide open but a man was standing in the door peeping at me! I reached out and slammed the door immediately but the masseuse collided with the door instead. The masseuse apologized at that point and closed the door immediately. I assumed at that point that he wouldn't dare do it again but he did. The next time I was ready with my camera and captured a picture of a couple staring into the room that I occupied. The dummy's did not even flitch when I held up my camera and snapped a picture of them SMDH. If it was me I would've moved over or simply sat elsewhere but not these morons. The female didn't even appear to mind that her partner was craning his neck with expectation but there was nothing to see. I assumed the waiting room was packed because where they were sitting was not a waiting room but as I left I notice no crowd in the waiting area. These two just sat in front of my room door and stared like they were desparately looking for a threesome. It was bad enough that the masseuse didn't have the decency to keep the door closed but they should've had some for themselves-respect other people at least. When I left I rolled my eyes at them and said a few choice words towards them because they just kept staring stupidly. I am posting the looky loos and this business on every site I review on because simply you should treat other people the way that you would like to be treated. I booked a couples massage on groupon for my mommy and I! It was perfect! She enjoyed it and said they did a good job! I had no trouble retrieving my groupon. The only thing I would say for couples massage is that... too much talking between the employees! It gets a little annoying. However, everything was clean and up to par! Awesome place! I would go again! Id suggest to go early in the morning... weekdays if possible! read more

Can't believe I've just found this gem. Bought the Groupon deal for me and my gf and added additional reflexology time. I called ahead to make a last minute appointment and they were happy to accommodate, even when I called back to say we'd be late. No problem with accepting the Groupon deals. They offered single or couples room and we took the couples. Everything was very clean, simple and comfortable. Our massages were amazing. Like, we don't want you to know but they deserve it. They are a little pricer than the places I normally go, but finding a quality local spot is worth it. read more

Massage was great! However, loads of distraction as the the facility is small and the walls are very thin. Not much of a relaxing environment. You hear the dogs barking at the pet store next door, phones ringing, people talking, foot steps etc. Most importantly the "owner" wants to dictate how much TIP(GRATUITY) you will give for your service. I had a $80 service and was tipping $10 and she had the nerve to say $10 is too little. I should have gave no tip at all at this point but I gave the lady $15 to show its not about the money and I won't give what you want me to, but it is the fact the environment doesn't cut it! read more

I've been to this place twice both times using a groupon. The first time was good. I enjoyed the massage and everything went well. Today I returned to get another massage (50 minutes plus 10 minutes foot reflexology - like last time) The massage was good but at the end my therapist tried to sell me on extra reflexology. I told her it was included but her English wasn't good. Anyway, she charges me $10 for the extra reflexology that was included and then called the manager to argue with me that my 15% tip wasn't enough. Really?!!!! Are you kidding me????? I purchased a Groupon for a 50 min massage and 10 min reflexology. I started my massage with the owner. About 5 mins in someone walked into the establishment and he left the room to go tend to that person. Two minutes later he came back into the room and then the phone rang, which he answered. That's two times my massage was interrupted. Towards the end of my massage I realized that a woman was now massaging me. This place is totally unprofessional and the massage was not relaxing at all. They are all about making their money and not about making the customer comfortable. I won't be returning. read more

I purchased foot massage coupon through Groupon. Easy to schedule an appointment. The massage was awesome. Down side following the massage if you do not tip $10 or more you are badgered until you do.. I did not bring my personal belongings with me and I was asked to charge it!!! I explained that I didn't have anything else on me other than the $5.00 that I gave. I was informed of the cost of the service. I purchased a couples massage off of Groupon to visit this location . When I walked it it was a refreshing feeling they had very nice air conditioning and offered water . We got there an hour early and they still took us . The massage room was decent and the chair was 4/5 . The massage although rough was good after so I needed that . I will come back and do this maybe 2/3 times a year because they took out all the knots but it wasn't to pleasant read more

The owner was nice to give us a courtesy call about the appt. The hubby and I was running 15 mins late but they were very accommodating. Came in for a couples massage and the rooms were quite spacious compared to other massage places I've been to, but I liked the ambiance of the place. I also like the fact the beds were heated. The masseuse were able to get the knots out of my hubby. I knew he was done for when I heard the snoring begin...lol. Overall I enjoyed the massage. My only gripe was the walls are quite thin and I could hear loud music coming from next door. Perhaps they could make their zen music a little louder to drown out the other noise. I didn't have any issue with tipping, but in my mind if a couples massage costs $110 it would make sense to tip at least 20% that's pretty standard, and we gave extra because they did a good job. read more

I have been here twice. My first experience there I had to wait 30 minutes even though I scheduled my appointment at a particular time. Then on my second visit, the owner badgered me for more of a tip. I only had $8 on me at the time, which I thought was plenty for a 30 minute massage but apparently that wasn't. The massage was terrible. The masseuse dug her elbow into my back. I still gave a tip to be nice even though the masseuse was awful. The masseuse complained to the owner about the tip and the owner told me that I need to giver her a bigger tip. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not return. read more
