She left my little eye shop and I fear the dr's that are left are not the best. Mid April my 17 year old daughter went to see her on her own (I'd had surgery and couldn't go) Dr Ahmed gave her a script and I took her two weeks later and paid and other $100 for new lenses to be put into her existing frames. We get them back and my daughter said. No everything is still very blurry. So back we go. Again Dr agmed is very rushed. Made us feel like we were a bother because she didn't do her job right the first time. She'd ask my daughter. 1 or 2 and she'd say I can't tell a difference but neither of them is clear. This went on for about 5 minutes when she decided to almost double her script. She assured us it was what my daughter thought was best. (Reread this paragraph) So we have another set of lenses made. We picked them up yesterday and she puts them on and immediately takes them off and says I'm seeing 4 of everything. So 3rd times a charm. She's seeing a new dr next week and I will update after her new glasses arrive. But seriously. This is a headache. I should have shopped around for a new Dr and allowed my insuemace to pay for it.

She's thorough, personable, professional and very experienced. Immediately after the exam, our daughter received a lesson on how to insert and remove her new contact lenses from a staff member named Dan. He was great at showing her the ins and outs of contact lense care. Our daughter left the clinic with the ability to insert and remove her lenses which is a major feat for someone who was previously unable to insert eye drops. We decided to order a year's worth of contact lenses through Walmart as their prices were very competitive. The optical manager, LaTina found a rebate for us that made the pricing even more competitive and she was able to bill her insurance company for the exam and lenses. I would highly recommend Dr. Chun and her entire staff at Walmart Vision Center as they are really focused on providing great patient care and customer service.

I understand you must've answered the question I had a million times, but please do not cut me off while I am talking. I did not appreciate the way i was responded. I am a loyal customer to Costco and a future patient with the optical dept. Pam needs re-training how to answer calls. I also work in the medical field... so if patients may have questions, specially pertaining to how to save a couple of bucks for lenses, help the member out nicely is the least you can do, Pam! Thank you for answering my question though, and yes you did save me a trip, but in the future, have the decency to be corteous enough over the phone. The gal on Saturday who had was professional and me was super helpful and even went above and beyond to write down a rough estimate on how much i needed to pay out of pocket. Staff are friendly and helpful. No issues with my insurance unlike my experiences at the other chain eye clinic I used to frequent. Chance, the fitment/eye technician (not sure on the real title), is super friendly and helpful. Taught me a lot about frames and types of lenses they offer. Dr. Yelgar was very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. Very professional. My initial worry was that a non-chain clinic might not have a lot of eye glasses frames to select but I was thankfully wrong. They had brands ranging from Nike, Oakley, the bendable frames, Dragon, etc. I think the prices are decent, I don't have much experience though. Around $219 for my Oakley frames before insurance kicked in. I'd highly recommend this clinic! Nice and welcoming. Doesn't feel like you're being a nuisance being there, unlike my old eye clinic chain (it was America's Best in Tukwila, bleh).

His family was there to help and they were the sweetest people. It's a nice homey feeling, but still professional. They have a little play place area in the waiting room which is so nice for kids waiting for their appointment. The place is nice, clean, and has a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. They make each customer feel valued and I am always about that. Any complaint about waiting time for glasses has nothing to do with the company. These were all paid at time of service which supposedly includes a discount. I was told previously that follow ups were free, so the added $100 after being robbed for $1300 just to toss the existing expensive lens he had (unless I wanted to buy another frame $$) was the last straw. I imagine all of the good reviews are coming from people with insurance that aren't seeing the insanely inflated costs of everything they are billing for. Absolutely insane, will not be back
