Perla took my call and provided me with amazing customer service. She was very kind and informative and took the time to assist me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she was able to guide me to their website, which shows the different types of rooms and includes pictures and virtual tours of the rooms. Their Junior Suite is what we picked. It had everything that we wanted and it just so happened to be the one with the biggest square footage (out of the various suites they offer) Came with a King Bed. Living room with a fireplace and directly behind...the beach views!! The BALCONY is nice and big with a patio that was perfect for enjoying a gorgeous sunset over the ocean. Large bathroom with a Bathtub and shower!! And a kitchenette and coffee maker. No AC but a very strong fan in the bedroom area and a ceiling fan in the living room. The patio door is huge and has blackout curtains, but we chose to sleep with the patio door open and it was such a vibe with the sounds of the waves crashing! Beautiful heated infinity pools and jacuzzis! Best part is the drive to Puerto Nuevo for delicious sea food is super close by! Took us like 10 mins! Drove there for dinner and to catch the World Series game (GO DODGERS) Back at the resort we enjoyed some house margaritas that were included with our stay. The breakfast at their restaurant was also such a delight. I would absolutely recommend and return again! Good for relaxing romantic vibes. Their spa offers great value for their services-they have massages and facials. Didn't see any kids during our stay and it was cool having access to their bars and fireplace seating downstairs. Music and good vibes with pool tables and karaoke. The entire staff was very welcoming and kind. Checked us in quickly and escorted us to our room. Zero complaints.

So don't be fooled by the pictures of the property. That means no gym access, no main pool access, no tennis court access, and very limited parking. The biggest issue we had recently was the amount of chlorine in the guest hot tub. My partner and I both felt ill after leaving the hot tub. Unfortunately I got the worst of it. Headache, dizziness and vomiting. I would never step inside it again. I do not believe these amenities like the pools are regulated or tested daily as they are required to be. Therefore, I do not recommend this place.

I've heard its not always like that though so we planned accordingly. Even on a hot summer day in August, we were extremely comfortable lounging here for 6+ hours. We soaked in the Solstice pool on and off throughout the day, laid around on the large and very comfy lounge chairs, ordered delicious drinks at the bar which was just a few steps away (partner loved the cocktails, I loooved the mocktails), and munched on the yummy food they will deliver to you at the pool. They do some cute things like periodically bringing around chilled towels, or frozen grapes, which we may or may not have become obsessed with and making our own ever since...oh and some great musicians were playing that they said was an impromptu performance. Really lent nicely to the atmosphere. Overall, a great way to spend a birthday! Resting, recharging, luxuriating, and unplugging. This protects the fidelity of the mineral water pools. When you first walk up, there is a check-in camper. When you go in, they'll give you the information that you need for your room and stay. We opted to rent one of the private homes because of our group being larger. It was about a 2 block walk away from the resort which wasn't bad at all. The town is very small and you can literally count how many businesses are here. It's pretty cool. It was a very nice visit and I highly recommend coming to this resort and hotel. The 2 mineral hot springs pools are nice. I recommend that you upgrade with a stay so that you have access to the secluded pool, which is really private and a level up. People get day passes, but that only works at the main pool. The main pool gets very, very crowded with day pass attendees. Again, I highly recommend upgrading with a stay so that you have access to the very very nice amenities. There is a restaurant, called Long Shadow, and I'll have a separate review for that. Overall, this was a wonderful and great trip.

Two hours later the electricity goes outand with it the AC/heater unit, and so I call the front desk and they tell me that it's got to do something with the electric company,funny because there's light in the hallway and other rooms,but not mine. Next morning I check in with the front desk to see if I could go hike on the grounds and or use the jacuzzi,they said it was "unavailable", "all we have is the restaurant and the rooms". Would the website have mentioned the amenities were not available,I would've not stayed there.Monday morning a water line broke,so there was no water in the building I was staying in. I asked to see if I could be put in another room so that my lady and I could shower and get ready and they declined. They said there was no water in the entire hotel. I was pretty upset at this point because now I would have to check into another hotel to shower,so I asked for a one night refund. When I initially asked ,they told me that because I didn't book with themy directly I would have to petition that refund with Snaptravel. So then I asked them if they could give me a written statement( just like the snaptravel website asks to do) stating that they would reimburse me for the one night, and they reluctantly did. Did I get reimbursed by Snaptravel?- NO Lesson of the story: Don't stay at this hotel. It's not worth the money. Another tip: The amenities are most of the time either not available,not working,there's not an attendant,etc. So don't book a hotel because of the amenities they offer. This hotel has a few restaurants, coffee shop and winery/brewery, while my hotel had a restaurant but was closed the day we decided to try Yumano. I wanted something simple and easy since I joined my friends late, so I went for the margherita pizza. The server was friendly and checked in a couple times while I was there and bringing us new drinks. The pizza was delicious and gave me leftovers for the next day. Overall, an easy dining experience!

Provide kitchen towels (paper and cloth); and 4. Put plastic bags in the kitchen's trash container.
