When we got them in could see the hope in their eyes starting to show. They where ready to change and accepted anything they offered them here to change their life's! It's hard to rate a facility like this. its the same as rating a doctor. You have good outcomes and bad outcomes. It all depends on the patients will, to get help. Where the same treatment for one person is successful, for another it may not fully work. Nevertheless treatments here are wonderful and have been developed tru years of experience, Treatment is better than no treatment, and waiting for the end. Without even trying to fight. Hope you find what you need here god bless good luck.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I arrived at Cedar House this morning and the people…read morein the lobby who did the intake were nice. Then I got taken back met with medical dropped my bags off with the guards/employees in the center pod and then I was shown to my room. It was a room with four beds, the bedding was literally worse than what you get in prison. There was an open shared closet, with graffiti MS-13 gang tags. There was a restroom that was shared with the room next-door, which was disgusting. I then met with a therapist and he was OK but didn't seem to care much and then a loud overhead announcement such as a lockdown was announced for everyone to return to their rooms. I wasn't inside there more than 30 minutes before this happened. The whole place on the inside was literally just like a prison, except the rooms had doors instead of bars. The guys inside this place easily 80% of them look like gang bangers, thugs, knuckleheads, or crackheads and it was loud as heck in there. The therapist, noticing my education and background even told me I should watch out who I hang with and to try and find someone more like me in there. I'm sorry, but rehab should feel like a safe space not a place where I should feel worried about being attacked by some young punk in my sleep, or just for looking at him wrong. So I went to the center pod knocked on the door, and when the employee answered I told him I was not staying and I would like my stuff. The guy grabbed my stuff and handed it to me and started laughing as I was headed out. If you are a normal person in society, who has an addiction, I would seriously recommend finding somewhere else to rehab. This place is a joke and it's not even funny.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care and cleanliness at this rehabilitation…read morefacility. The online photos show beautiful, well-maintained rooms, but that is far from reality. The room my mother-in-law was assigned to was awful--peeling paint, dirty windows, and an unhygienic bathroom. To make matters worse, a toothbrush was left lying directly on the shared sink, making it impossible to know whose it was or if it had been contaminated. Hygiene and attentive patient support should be top priorities in any medical facility, but this location falls far short of basic standards: Neglected Patient Care: We asked for water and waited three hours for assistance. My mother-in-law was not given regular showers unless I specifically stepped in to demand them. Unacceptable Hygiene Practices: I personally walked in on a short CNA attempting to hand a used bedpan to one of our family members. When I confronted her and family members , she showed no regard for proper sanitation. Like I mentioned if my inlaw needs one at home we will provide a new one not used. Unfriendly Staff: Overall, the staff is dismissive and unwelcoming. We regret not visiting the facility in person before placing our loved one here, though I suspect the rooms shown during tours are kept private just for display. Please be extremely careful before placing your loved ones in this facility.

My mom was transferred here from Kaiser Fontana…read more Unfortunately Arrowhead Springs is understaffed and overcrowded. Mom was sent here for rehabilitation from a slip and fall. My 1st impression was: Omg the smell is atrocious! The smell hits you smack it the face! My mom laughed because she can't smell that well...I told her omg you're so lucky! It smells like Feces, urine, and bleach. The bleach doesn't cover up the overwhelming scent of feces or urine. You can tell they don't take pride or clean correctly. Most of the employees seem nice but some of them seem like they're just going through the motions. Elderly patients yelling for help while employees just walk right by. Didn't even acknowledged them. Trust me I so understand that old people can be very difficult but you signed up for this job! Thank goodness my mom isn't as old as some of elderly patients here. So she could do some stuff herself. As they don't check on patients very often. Leaving them in feces & urine for long durations. Or not changing their potty chairs or bedpans promptly. Mom said the food is nasty and even though she's diabetic they still kept giving her desserts with sugar and other high carbs in here meals. You'd think they'd have a special plate for those with diabetes. She even told them but they continued to bring it. So she'd just pick at stuff and I'd bring here meals and stuff to snack on. Unfortunately this place isn't family friendly. As they have no seats in the room fir visiting and the rooms are very small for two occupants. I honestly feel bad that anyone's loved one has to come here. Mom said they're were only a few kind hardworking nurses /employees and the rest didn't care. That the doctors that she had at this facility were hack jobs. Overall I'd steer clear of this facility if you can. They get 2 stars for the few nice people that took care of my mom. This place has so much room for improvement! Do better Arrowhead Springs don't you have parents and grandparents. You'd never want them treated this way!

Yesterday, I went to the unit to visit (as I was previously invited to do) and to see if I could get a medical-grade suction bulb. My baby has severe GERD and a high risk of aspiration--she chokes until her eyes are red and milk shoots from her nose. Having the right equipment for her safety is not something to play with. The treatment I received from Nurses HELEN and JESSICA was unprofessional and retaliatory. I have previously reported these nurses for their conduct during my baby's stay. When I arrived, Helen brushed me off and intentionally sent Jessica to the door to confront me. Jessica looked me in the face and said, 'I know who you are.' She then stood there acting as if the supplies were her personal property, condescendingly stating she would give me one 'this time only' and 'reminded' me that they don't provide these once a baby has left. It is deeply disappointing that staff would use a medical necessity to power-trip and settle a personal grudge. To treat a mother this way when she is simply trying to ensure her high-risk baby can breathe safely is unacceptable. ARMC management needs to address the behavior of Helen and Jessica immediately. I will not be returning to this unit to visit again. Their lucky My baby has to come to the clinic or i wouldn't step foot in this Hospital. Unless it was to see my OB. Sorry Dr. R & Dr. B but your staff that represent that unit need to be better VETTED

Communication is extremely poor--emails and phone calls are frequently ignored, and when responses are eventually given, they often come with unnecessary attitude for simply trying to get help. No one should be made to feel like an inconvenience for advocating for their loved one. The office staff consistently demonstrate a lack of sympathy, empathy, and basic respect for families who are clearly going through difficult and emotional situations. Instead of support and guidance, you are met with dismissiveness and frustration. This experience was not only disappointing but deeply upsetting. During a time when compassion and professionalism should be the standard, this facility failed entirely.
