Breakfast Sandwich
Cathy S.

The only coffee shop open early (before 10am) for coffee and breakfast in Seabrook WA. You order at their order window and they will call your name at the pick up window and you can take them to go or go inside and get yourself a table to sit down. Note it is all self service inside with a water station, cute decor, local goods, and some games too. They had limited breakfast options but plenty of pastries and apparently known for the cruffin (croissant in the shape of a muffin - which my toddler daughter thoroughly enjoyed and reluctantly shared with me) My breakfast sandwich was filling and my husband really enjoyed his everything but bagel baguette sandwich. A must-visit during your stay to get a coffee and a treat!

we also were able to have a guava scone with cream cheese, and that was amazing! Service was quick. The ambience was sweet and I love being able to walk around and eat outside.

Chocolate & toffee w brown butter cookie

I keep coming back for the chocolate & toffee brown butter cookie. The cookie is thin, crispy, yet soft/ chewy in the middle. Due to the brown butter, the sides get thin and crispy. It's so good. I've tried lemon crinkle cookie, it had a great texture to it and has a light lemon flavor. At $3 a cookie. I noticed when I order the chocolate/toffee cookie, they would give 2. Probably cos its thinner compared to the other cookies. You order at the window for some baked goods or coffee to start or end your day. There is a good amount of street parking and there is a small parking lot around the corner. Great walking location with shops and restaurants

You have to stop here!!! If you're visiting Seabrook and wanna have a great breakfast this is it!!! Pastries are fabulous and they're gone fast. You order at the window and then you can enjoy your meal in the dinning area (indoors for a hot or cold day) or enjoy outdoor tables. However, If you have a furry friend (dog) you must eat outside. Served by young fellows that kindly will walk you through the different choices. The grilled cheese sandwich was really good. We also took a baguette to go (so yummy!) Oh! And while you're ratting or waiting they have a few board games PE: Clean restrooms

Second visit to Seabrook and decided to stop by at the Vista again. After a long wait, they were out of the croissants we wanted. Settled for the Raspberry Sugar cookies. They were chewy and flavorful! Loved the twist in the taste!

Service was fast, but they only have cold pastries and they are overpriced. The coffee was good and I would only come for that in the future. The food would be much better if they had the option to warm it up for you.

Loved this coffee shop/bakery we stumbled upon on our way up to Olympic National park. Super cute decor, friendly staff, quick service (even while busy). I got a pistachio latte and the breakfast baguette. Coffee was made delicious. I love a good lox and cream cheese breakfast. While the homemade bread was tasty, it was a bit hard and a little challenging to eat, which was the only downfall for me. However, would definitely recommend a stop by this place if staying or passing through Pacific Beach!

Got a variety of treats. The fudge brownie was good but didn't really taste like anything. Loved the chocolate chunk and toffee cookie, didn't really taste the toffee though. Almond croissant was good. Lemon poppyseed muffin was good. Also got a breakfast sandwich, not pictured, which was good, might try it without the tomato's next time. Ham and white cheddar croissant was delicious. The cronut was also delicious. Only downfall was having a dog that was behind me jump all over me and my dog from another customer, who didn't care it was jumping all over me and my dog, which caused me to keep dropping things.

Excellent croissants! You have to get there pretty much at opening time to get the almond ones, they sell out fast!

Once seated ("I'll seat you here, because the table is the only clean one") in a pub atmosphere that only had 3 tables with patrons in the establishment. It was NOT busy. Ordered 2 coffees and a diet coke. Had to remind her twice before getting it delivered. Ordering a simple breakfast, a sausage and cheese omelet and chicken fried steak. The toast on the plates were hard yet not overly toasted. The gravy and the potatoes were the best part of all 3 meals. Let me say, the omelet was smaller than the toast in comparison. The waitress abandoned ship and slid off the radar... we had to ask another matey to refill the coffee and he did so very promptly! He was the better part of the experience. Nothing better than a "local chain" breakfast stop. Stick to mom and pops place or cross the street for a Taco!

We were hungry, so we didn't think about wanting to travel to Aberdeen for breakfast. We were desperate for food, so we decided to sit down. Needless to say, we had to wait like 1+ hour for our orders of breakfast. I literally had to skip on my biscuit/gravy order due to staffing issue and time constraint. The server was very polite, but we just could not get past the whole 1+ hour of waiting for breakfast. The food was ok. We won't come back.

I ordered a hot chai with toffee flavor and it was good and spicy. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich which was delicious. Tasted like it didn't come from a freezer which is good. I tried an ice coffee as well and I will be thinking about that for a while. The coffee flavor was perfectly creamy and not watery at all with flavor. The doughnut is also a must. They make them in house!

My husband and I arrived 1-1:30 today and we both ordered burgers. My husband ordered a bacon blue cheese burger with steak fries and I ordered an impossible burger with Swiss with shoestring fries. My husband's ordered arrived first and the fries were normal fries not really steak fries, but they were hot and tasty. The waitress said that mine would be coming shortly and that they were waiting in the fries. Upon my husband's first bites of his burger he discovered it was totally cold. He took it up to the counter and then my dish was dropped and it was the same issue. The waitress took mine back and dropped his plate again and told us if it isn't ok then we could get a refund. This was when we discovered the burger was microwaved (still had his bites taken out of it), and the fries sat out while the burger was in the microwave. Yes, now we have a microwaved burger and cold fries. Knowing this how they handled his cold burger we decided to just get a refund and go somewhere else for lunch. I think this issue arose because they served the food for a table of 5 or 6 people that placed their order after ours. The big table got their food before us. Knowing what happened to our food and seeing them eat before us made the conclusion pretty simple, their order should have never been processed before ours. This is why the waitress said the kitchen was backed up. It was just a big fail. I think the problem is that everyone working there was very young and I feel they were very inexperienced in having the skills it takes to work in a kitchen, serve food or deal with customer service. When the cashier did the refund of my husband's meal, she only refunded his. I asked if she also refunded mine since they had it back for the same reason, she asked, "oh, you want yours refunded too"? I'm not sure how this refund is going to work with doing two separate refunds on one ticket. I checked our bank and the charge was pending so I will have to follow it for the next couple of days to see where it puts us. Honestly in my opinion, she should have refunded it all, including the tip. They kept the tip. We will give this place another try in 4 to 6 months to give them time to work out their issues. Hopefully someone will see this post and work on additional training.

We did 3 each starting with homemade pimento cheese with celery sticks, sweet peppers sliced, and crustini. I'm not a big fan of the jarred commercial pimento cheese. This was extremely good. Tasting the peppers inside the cheese ball that you choose how and where to spread it. B+ maybe even A- for the flavor of the cheese and presentation. 2nd Course of shrimp etouffee. It was okay but too thin of a sauce due to a not dark enough roux. Flavors are spot on, shrimp are tender and delicious. A- for the effort to take on roux dishes. 3rd Course was a delicate hazelnut chocolate mousse in a champagne fluted crystal glass. Topped with a light whipped cream to find the dessert level. It had multiple layers of flavor in different areas of the mouth and nasopharynx. A+ for presentation and depth of flavor in a chocolate pudding! Cup of coffee to end the meal, so really 4 courses. The bookstore surrounds the entire restaurant. Very unique experience. Get reservations or try your luck with the Chef near 6:15 pm for a late exception allowed to slip in. Monthly menu then changed up, only work dinner shift on Fridays. Rest is lunch for Courthouse folk. Closed Sundays and Mondays. Overall Score A PS. There were other choices but I didn't try them so, another review for the future... Usually I photograph the food and menu, glucose meter said low so we ate in haste to also not keep entire restaurant open for just us, which we did anyways. And, chef and waitress were great at conversing while closing. PPS. The turkey and spinach crepinettes were flavorful and the housemade cranberry mustard was the perfect accompaniment. The French potato salad and haricot vert were nice sides. And then there's the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding. Sigh
