Long and sad story short here but basically lots of physical abuse and financial exploitation that should have been reported. My mother had/has a long term health care policy that paid these people a ton of money every month. They ignored a lot of red flags with regard to her care so as to milk their guaranteed monthly golden egg. I was told to be careful with in house care but I'm 1,500 miles away and needed immediate help when the need arose with my mother. I made a mistake choosing Senior Helpers and that caused a lot of grief and distress for both my mother and for me. My mother is now in an assisted living facility and very happy.
