CCS statement My mom…read morehired Custom Care Solutions for just over two years for help taking care of my dad until March of 2022 when he died. She paid every bill on time but in July 2024 they filed a lawsuit against her saying she owes them $11,870. Custom Care Solutions hasn't provided any evidence that she owes them money. They haven't provided any records of their invoices nor their records of her payments. A CPA reconciled the invoices against my mom's checking statements and they match up. Custom Care Solutions waited 2 years and 4 months to file this lawsuit. She can no longer get copies of her canceled checks from the bank to prove she made the payments. When my dad was alive my mom had my dad's pension and more money coming in, but now she lives on a modest fixed income. Even though Custom Care Solutions has provided no evidence that she owes them money, she has still had to pay an attorney for advice. She worries about the lawsuit a lot. It keeps her up at night and gives her stomach aches. I am concerned that the stress is beginning to impact her health. She is 86 years old. How caring are these people really?
