Things being stolen, no call no shows, rude aides etc. With Becky my family and I were finally able to breathe knowing she was in good hands. Her and her aides were knowledgeable, great with my grandmother, and are now considered friends. As soon as I reached out to Becky about anything she was on top of it. I seriously wouldn't recommend any other company but hers. The girls did some medical care, bathing, cooking, cleaning etc with no hesitation. I'm was glad to have them there through my grandmother's passing. 5 stars all the way around!

Have been taking care of my Mother who has Alzheimer's for 6-years and now needed additional help…read moreso I could run errands and find some time for myself. I signed a contract for Griswold to come from 1:00-5:00pm Monday -Friday to take care of my Mother. They did not fulfill their agreed upon contract as on Friday: * The Caregiver left my Mother alone and went home without calling Griswold to get a back-up person, or let me know she needed to leave early to ensure someone would be there. * Never changed her Depends during the 4-hours she was supposed to take care of her. * Never fixed her tea or give her cookies that I had requested. * Left her bed rail on the floor that must always be secured when my Mother is in bed. When I returned home 2-minutes before the Caregiver's shift was to end my Mom was trying to get out of bed and had her legs almost off the bed without anyone here. Had my Mom gotten out of bed while the Caregiver left her all alone she could have fallen and broke her hip etc. as she always needs someone assisting her with her walker or wheelchair since she is a fall risk. This is "Elder Abuse" and we would be suing Griswold had she had an accident due to the incompetence of the Caregiver. We have cancelled our contract with Griswold and will never use them again due to this shocking experience. Recommendation: Should you choose to use Griswold, be sure to do unscheduled visits to check on your loved one so this type of nightmare never happens to you.
