I have worked with at least four of the therapist and each one is pleasant, caring, and quite knowledgeable on how to help each patient get the maximum value out of each session. The female that answered was speaking in a very heavy accent and speaking very fast. I told her I was having difficulty under under standing her because of her heavy accent and that she was talking to fast. I apologized but I could not under stand what she was saying. She hung up. No way am I going to deal with a medical office that treats their patients this way. Since Dr Sabbagh confirmed that surgery is not required, I'll deal with the pain in my own way.

Let me start by saying that my first appointment with Dr. Sabbagh was for a second opinion. From…read morethe beginning, I made it clear that I was looking for someone who could help me find relief and fix my back issues. Before seeing Dr. Sabbagh, I had been treated by another Beebe physician who administered two epidural injections. Unfortunately, they provided no relief, and throughout that experience I felt more like a number than a patient. At my first appointment, Dr. Sabbagh asked, "What can I do for you?" I replied, "Hopefully fix my back." At no point during that visit was I told that he only performs surgery and does not provide pain management. Instead, I was told I needed to obtain the MRI disk and was rescheduled for another appointment a week later. By that point, I had already been suffering in significant pain for seven weeks. I was able to get a copy of the written report, and I believe Dr. Sabbagh's office could have obtained those records as well if they had made the effort. I returned for my second appointment only to be told two things: first, that Dr. Sabbagh only performs surgeries and does not provide pain management, meaning I had lost an entire week waiting for an appointment that could never meet my needs. Second, I was told that the written MRI report was not enough; they needed the actual disk. The MRI had been completed in May, and by this time it was July. I don't understand why the office could not obtain the images themselves or, if necessary, order updated imaging. Instead, I was told to bring in the disk before anything else could be done. Dr. Sabbagh then suggested I make an appointment with another pain management physician, which meant waiting at least another two weeks while continuing to live with severe pain. At that point, my eyes filled with tears. I said, "I can't deal with this pain for another two weeks." No one responded. There was no acknowledgment, compassion, or attempt to help. The most upsetting part happened as I was leaving. I took the paperwork from the receptionist so I could schedule the referral appointment. Fighting back tears and feeling completely let down once again by Beebe Healthcare, I started walking away. As I did, I heard staff members laughing behind me. Whether they were laughing about me or something else, the timing was incredibly inappropriate and made me feel humiliated. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had in a medical office. I dropped the paperwork and walked out. Patients deserve clear communication, compassionate care, and professionalism, especially when they are in severe pain. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

My daughter has been attending this practice for a little over a year now, and overall we have had…read morea very positive experience. Everyone I have interacted with has been kind, helpful, accommodating, and personable. My daughter absolutely loves her therapist, which is why we have continued coming here. However, throughout the entire time my daughter has been a patient, I have experienced ongoing billing issues. There have been multiple occasions where I was either overcharged or charged multiple times at once. In the past, the front office staff was always understanding and helpful in resolving these issues, typically offering either a refund or a credit to my account. I consistently chose to keep the credit on file and never had any problems. I understand that the front office closes at 5:00 PM and that we occasionally arrive after office hours. Because of that, I have always made it a point to pay the next time I come in while staff is available, or pay in advance. Recently, I had an interaction with the office manager, and unfortunately it was extremely unprofessional. I was attempting to explain that these billing issues had occurred multiple times before and that I believed I had credits available on my account. Rather than listening, she repeatedly told me that she was the office manager and insisted that I was incorrect. When I explained that credits had been applied for me on multiple previous occasions, she stated that "they do not do that," despite it having happened before. As well as demanded to know who I spoke to that gave me a credit. I even provided bank statements showing payments for dates they claimed had not been paid. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and I was not upset about needing clarification. My issue was with how the situation was handled and the way I was spoken to in front of my daughter, staff, and other patients. During the conversation, she was argumentative, dismissive, rolled her eyes, and slammed her hands on the desk multiple times while I was trying to explain my concerns. I ultimately chose to just pay the balance to avoid continuing the interaction. Aside from this experience, my daughter and I truly have had a great experience overall, and we genuinely appreciate her therapist and the care she provides.

I can give her no higher praise, but I hope too many people use incredible services and limit my appointments! Dawn is also wonderful. She takes my honesty and uses it to help me tremendously.
