The answer is yes, so we are obviously having to remind them that it is needed ....and that should be part of their call / process. This is the second year in a row that this has happened. Today falls on a Thursday and my appt is next Tuesday. I've left a voicemail once again asking if I need bloodwork. Being that the results of the bloodwork take time and my appt is next Tuesday, it's likely I'll have to cancel my appt on Monday and battle their office for a "24 hour notice cancellation fee." If there's no bloodwork results, there can't be an an exam. I've been happy with Dr. Bahtarian,but I no longer want to interface with this office.

All Dr. Robinson saw was a person who didn't care to remember her appointments and was angry because no one was listening to her concerns. My mom was then admitted to hospital and Dr. Robinson all but refused to work with her - when my mom needed a doctor who knew her the most. After my mom was deemed incompetent Dr. Robinson wrote my mom a letter saying she didn't want her as a patient anymore. A sign of an incredible lack of compassion. My recommendation? Do not use Dr. Amy Robinson if you want good and responsible care.

My family has had two devastating experiences at Beebe Hospital. Both my grandfather and now my…read moregrandmother passed away there, and our trust in this hospital has been deeply affected. My grandmother had known heart problems, yet our family felt she was given an overwhelming amount of medications and painkillers during her stay. After only three nights in the hospital, we were told she went into cardiac arrest while being bathed. The entire situation was shocking, traumatic, and extremely difficult for our family to process. What hurts me personally is that I tried calling my grandmother every single day while she was in the hospital, and not once was I connected with her. I wasn't even given the opportunity to speak to her while she listened on the phone. I will never get that time back, and that has been heartbreaking to live with. We left feeling unheard, confused, and with serious concerns about the level of care and communication provided. I would not recommend this hospital based on my family's experiences.

They took as many tests as insurance would allow and referred us to this practice to get an MRI. The hospital gave us medicine for pain, swelling and muscle relaxer. The instructions from the hospital said he needed an MRI immediately. It took over two weeks to get in to see someone. The doctor would not do an MRI and barely examined him at all and gave my husband a shot of cortisone to the knee. The shot never worked at all. We received better care at the Hospital. We walked out with no diagnosis and a script for a muscle relaxer and a guess that it was a torn meniscus. They suggested physical therapy but in the absence of a real diagnosis it is ridiculous. We are now going to a wonderful real Doctor and getting an MRI. Do yourself a favor-if you need an Orthopedic Doctor skip this practice-it is expensive Assembly Line Medicine and not real care.
