Things being stolen, no call no shows, rude aides etc. With Becky my family and I were finally able to breathe knowing she was in good hands. Her and her aides were knowledgeable, great with my grandmother, and are now considered friends. As soon as I reached out to Becky about anything she was on top of it. I seriously wouldn't recommend any other company but hers. The girls did some medical care, bathing, cooking, cleaning etc with no hesitation. I'm was glad to have them there through my grandmother's passing. 5 stars all the way around!

You used to me able to buy various medical supplies there but not now. I you are unlucky enough to use a CPAP machine and live in Delaware on the lower shore then this is where it will come from.....but you do not get it here. They insist on coming to your house. I refused and required the respiratory therapist to meet me there and fit me with the proper equipment. She was extremely nice and accommodating.

Other facilities offer a snack or drinks while the family is at the bedside of an imminent death. None here. Other facilities offer condolences after a lived one passes. Not here, all the front office cared about was that the mattress be removed from behind his room. Had not even been 24 hours and we were getting things done asap. Not even an acknowledgement of his death, no sympathy card. Very task oriented office, not caring at all.
