Dr. Lisa Bartels is a wonderful kind, caring and dedicated doctor. She sits downs and looks you right in the face and LISTENS to you, actually LISTENS to you! You do not feel like a number or rushed and you leave that appointment feeling like you were heard and your concerns were taken seriously and addressed in a professional manner. She is not above listening to your suggestions and at the same time makes professional and wise medical decisions about your health care. Dr. Bartels is extremely prompt in keeping her appointments. I have never had to sit in the reception area or in the examining room for any length of time. Nothing raises your blood pressure more than when you have to wait an hour or more to be seen by a doctor who cares more about typing into their computer than listening to you. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN with Dr. Lisa Bartels. She is what doctors used to be like. I highly recommend her as your primary care physician.
