Once again Yelp comes through with an excellent recommendation! We read all the excellent reviews and I'm adding another one! It was a busy Saturday, the day before the Super Bowl. In fact, there was a paper sign on the door saying they'd be closed Super Bowl Sunday. I think that's a smart move on their part! Huuuge selection of frames all arranged by frame shape/type and Men's or Women's and also price. The salesgirl was very friendly and knowledgeable. We narrowed it down to a couple of choices and finally down to the winner. She took measurements and we decided what kind of progressive lens - premium, premium digital, or workplace. She was able to apply some coupons to our order - the frames were originally $199.95 with a $79.98 discount came out to $119.97. The digital progressive polycarbonate polarized lenses were originally $525 but with a $210 discount came out to $315. Total cost with the 40% discount was $434.97. We ordered them on Saturday 2/10/24 and they were promised for 2/24. Imagine our delight when we received a text message on 2/19 that the sunglasses were ready for pick up! I was well overdue for a new pair of glasses, but with the pandemic and all it got pushed as far as I could until the old ones literally snapped in half. I went to Yelp and found this location and was surprised by the number of good reviews. I decided I'd go but my expectations were low. When we arrived Alex greeted us went through cv19 procedures and was helpful in pointing us in the right direction, but also letting us freely roam the store to browse. I appreciated that we got a tray to set all tried on frames on. Though Alex was alone in the store that day she gave amazing customer service. I'm so happy I chose this location. I would recommend them to anyone looking for glasses. read more

We have been coming here for a few years but I decided today to look for a new optometrist. Nothing against Dr. Patel - she is great and really tries to do well for her customers. The issue is the poorly trained office staff, which is consistently light on customer service and heavy on attitude - a surplus of sauce like that is only appropriate at Chick-fil-A. read more

We made the mistake of using Pearle Vision on our last optometrist scripts, because we had Groupons, they suuuuck. So we decided to go back to Visionworks, our reliable vision wear shop, we've used for as long as I can remember. Such a big difference! We'll never leave Visionworks again, lol The bonus was this Visionworks has an attached Optometerist office just left of their front door. So we called midday and they had appointments 2 and 2-1/2 hours later. So we saw Dr Patel and she was amazing, very thorough, which I love. Additionally, her staff goes out of their way to make sure your insurance will cover exams! As soon as we got our scripts, we headed right next door to Visionworks eyewear to fill those scripts. As always, they have bogo free frames. We always try to get a daily pair and then for the free one, we choose sunglasses. There are so many options, it's wonderful. And you don't just have to choose from sunglasses display to get your prescription sunglasses. They can turn any frames you'd like into sunglasses, bonus! Inna is the best customer care member on-site. She was very patient and was able to help everyone in the store at the same time. If one of us had a question, while trying on glasses and she was working with someone, she'd keep right on helping them and answer us at the same time! Then when it was our turn, she treated us with such care, as if we were the only customers in the store. She even ran the glasses through insurance coverage and without insurance coverage, to see which was the better deal. She's amazing, patient, thorough, caring and a perfectionist, which I genuinely appreciate! Looking forward to checking back in, in two weeks to try on new glasses! It was time for me to get new glasses and I went to Visionworks Parkway Crossing. Kaitlyn was very helpful in helping me pick out some in style frames. She checked my insurance and helped me customize 2 pairs (regular and sunglasses) and stay within my budget. They were promised to be in within 14 days, but actually arrived 3 days early. I came here because I've been to other "eye care centers" that I don't care to mention. I took a look at their selection online first, and loved what I saw for frames. Unfortunately the ones I had my bad eyes on weren't available in store, & could be ordered. I'm the type who wants instant gratification so Nadine helped me pick out some stunning BeBe frames. I tried them on & fell in love! Everywhere I go I always get compliments on them. From the moment I walked in, until my glasses were ready which was a short wait, I was very pleased. Absolutely horrible service. My first time here I scheduled a regular eye exam, when I came in the two girls at the front were very kind, but Dr. Amy Davidson was incredibly rude. I was quite offended by her impolite and crude approach when I tried to express my concerns for my prescription. It was very unprofessional and left me feeling unheard and upset. I came in for an eye exam and left with nothing more than a poor experience. I would not recommend this location. This is my honest review. read more

In December I bought 2 pair of eyeglasses during a BOGO special. The glasses arrived a little past their expected time but considering it was the holidays I understood and was fine with that. One of the pair was perfect and the other kept getting loose and I went back to the store twice to get them adjusted. Still no luck. I stopped in after work today and was greeted warmly and I was able to exchange the glasses so easily. Very nice employee who got me in and out with glasses that fit and I'm very happy. read more

My moms glasses fell apart (a screw came out.) We stopped by Visionworks because the screw was far too small for us to even attempt putting them back together. We were greeted by Jared, who abided by COVID guidelines to ensure safety, but also made sure his service and professionalism were not impacted by those protective measures. He was kind, quickly fixed the glasses and cleaned them before returning them. During our brief wait, I noticed there was a wide variety of frame options for men and women. After 2 weeks of waiting for them to call me back for setting up a simple eye appointment, I will be looking elsewhere. I'm not sure if they aren't accepting new patients or something, but they wouldn't even tell me that. The first time I called, I left a message and they never called me back. Their phone is almost always busy so leaving a voicemail is the only option. I left 4 voicemails and none of my calls were returned. I got through twice to their receptionist, who put me on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up the phone. When you call the number they have listed on their website, it goes to their optical sales department and they give you the number to call the doctor. After countless tries to reach them, I expressed my frustration to the Optical Sales Receptionist and she apologized and asked for my information, and that she would run my message over to the office manager that she knew was in that day, and that they would call me back promptly. Never received a call, even after that. I'm bummed out because when I visited another Visionworks, it was a great experience. This office seems poorly ran for eye exams, so I suggest looking elsewhere to avoid wasting time. read more
