Always had a great experience. They always went out of their way to help. If I needed extra contacts until I received my delivery they gave me some to fill the time. read more

Definitely had a great experience with everyone there! They were so helpful, Haley and Nancy especially! I really enjoyed that I was greeted right at the door! Mikey was really helpful with this being my first eye exam! And the retinal imaging was really cool, didn't know you could see all that from just a picture! Thank you, I will be back! read more

They really need to adjust their scheduling for appointments. I arrived for my appointment and there was someone in front of me already waiting for 45 minutes. I wasn't seen until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I will be going to the Brookfield location from now on. This is very frustrating since this location is located closer to my house but this is the second visit now where they can't get their timing right for appointments. read more

Ok, where do I start... first off the manager help me with my original order and measured my progressive lens wrong only found that out after i received them and to send them back to be fixed so now a month later, i get them back and the prescription is wrong and i need to be reexamined and sure enough send them back out for new lenses another two weeks. My glasses are now going to be a total of 6 weeks from first exam to glasses on my face. The office seems to be in chaos with rap music playing so loud I could not hear what the doc was saying and heres the kicker, they had me pay another $80 to get the Lens made out of the correct materials. There was only one senior employee who knew what she was doing. read more

They did not run my insurance before the eye exam and then afterwords had to pay out of pocket (nearly $200) If I knew that there was going to be an issue with my insurance ahead of time I would have made other arrangements. Would not recommend. read more

The staffs good. My prescription sucks. The initial visit was good. Got my glasses, after putting them on , I noticed something wrong. Had the prism removed. Put them on and the same thing. Can't wear the glasses. My old ones are better. I just want my money back. This was a waste of time and money . I have no stars to give here. Had to give a star just to post this read more

I have to give a one because there is an elderly bully woman who is one of the optician's and because I am short, 5 foot 1 she kept telling how short I am, while I was picking out new frames today. I asked her why are you doing this, and her response was I am short too. What was your purpose of bullying and being verbally abusive and belittling me, before Christmas, 2023. If you are unhappy with your life, do something about it, instead of taking your frustrations and belittling other people!!! It was a very upsetting experience, I did not come to the place to get bullied and verbally abused!!! I told her you are not my child!!! The old bitty told me that she retired after a number of years and she has been working again after a year and a half. She should had stayed retired. She was wearing a wedding ring, who would want her!!! I had someone with me, who witnessed all of this!!! My elderly mother passed away last year, she was million times more of a lady, that the old elderly bully woman bitty will ever be. I contacted Visionworks home office, as well!!! It is time to retire for good old elderly bully woman Karen!!! Pick on someone your own size and age and stop labeling and belittling people you do not know. I and my guest, did not belittle or were verbally abusive to you about your appearance!!! I do not even know you!!! I had the right as an adult woman to stick up myself, and stop a unhappy miserable old elderly bully woman in her tracks! She really needs to watch what she says and sick to professionalism with her clients and customers, and try to curb her diaherrea at the mouth otherwise someday she is going to rub a person or two the wrong way, and she will get bodily harmed!!! That will be her own problem. read more

If I could give a minus 1 I would. Scheduled appts over the internet for two people back to back for, in one week from the date I scheduled them. Got emails confirming the spots back. Then i get emails from them that I need to confirm we will be there, so I confirmed. Because they did not get a confirmation from both people, they automatically gave the appt away. Then called to offer an alternate appt. Couldn't you have called before you gave it away? Last year their system made spot automatically and you received a slamming notice two days before an appt you never made. This year they cancel appt you made one week ago. Sucky customer service so they lost both of us. We made them back to back so we could make one trip, not two three hours apart. Then I called them to complain to the manager and was hung up on by one of the employees. If you can call after you give away the appt to offer an alternatI've you can call before you give the appt away. read more

I'm from out of state (UT) and realized I'd forgotten my contacts at home. I was faced with being blind for the 5 Days I was there. Disaster!! Even though I was not a patient for this practice, my cousin was and she called them and asked if they would help me. They took pity on me and after being in contact with my optometrist out of state they gave me a free pair of trial contacts. I can't even express how impressed I was with their friendliness and hospitality. They didn't even know me but they did whatever they could to help me. I highly recommend this practice. read more

Avoid this location at all costs. I don't know if all Visionworks are run as unprofessionally as this one but it's absurd. The least of my complaints was the wait time - took the eye doctor 50 minutes to see me after my appointment was supposed to start, and there was only one other person in the store. None of the staff are wearing anything close to business casual clothes, it's just whatever t-Shirt, jeans, and sneakers that they have. Really bad look/feel for a place that is akin to a doctors office. While I was waiting one of the meal employees was making "that's what she said" jokes to a female employee, loud enough for me to hear everything. Another employee talked about how excited she was to finally be able get legally drunk as her 21st birthday was coming up. While I was leaving I walk to the front to process paperwork/pay the co-pay. A female worker who isn't helping me walks by and says to the other employee who was helping me "do you smell cologne? I love the smell of a good cologne on a man." Out loud right in front of me. I was the only guy around... all of these things combined left a really impression, won't be coming back. read more

Seriously every time I have had to interact with the employees at this location, nobody seems to have any idea what they are doing or what is going on. We had a simple frame replacement and it took me talking to three separate employees and reclaiming the situation each time. Locked up our insurance so we couldn't order from another location and were not in any rush to fix it for us. Never returning. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!. I went there twice of eyeglasses and 2 different doctors with 2 different prescriptions. The second time I got my lenses fix I complained to the doctor that my left eye was still fuzzy. He told me I has a slight cataract on the left, but not big enough for surgery. Went to a "real" eye doctor, realizing that I might be ready for cataract surgery. I had a exam and the Dr told me I do not have a cataract. The doctor before that gave me the wrong prescription. Watch out! Spent extra money and get a professional that knows what they are doing. You only have one set of eyes. read more

I just recently found out I need glasses so I wanted to do some shopping around and trying frames. No one greeted you when you walked in nor did anyone come up to you to see if you had any questions after awhile of being there. After I finally found a couple frames i liked I went to the desk and the two girls didnt even acknowledged me. Then one turned around to help the eye doctor who just came out with a patient and went to help her pick out glasses. Finally after a couple more minutes the other girl asked if I needed help and telling her I was looking about prices on glasses she told me someone would be right with me and here I was waiting again for assistance. Then the guy who eventually came to help didnt even seem like he knew what he was doing. Had to go ask questions to another employee and in the end my 69.95 pair of frames I was quoted 400 dollars in the end. He didnt even describe the cost break down and what cost what. I was not comfortable paying that for glasses let alone with the unwelcoming experience I had there. I'm never going back there. read more
