I loved that she pulled them for me so I could just sit at the mirror and try on pair after pair. Also appreciate that she brought me SO many to pick from and was adamant I try until I loved them. Ended up buying a pair with snap on sunglasses which I love, but after a couple of months, I noticed that the lenses were scratched more than just normal wear and tear would have caused. I took them back and they were able to get them fixed under the warranty so all around great experience.

They left me a voicemail stating my contacts were ready for pick up and to have a nice day. The next morning I drove over to pick them up and was told that I need to schedule a date and time for a class before I can pick them up and I would need to come back later on in the day in order to get that completed. Would've been good information to know prior to coming in. I requested to speak with clinic manager about the experience and I was given a business card with a 800 number on it. When I called the number, it was to their national customer service to which after 15 minutes of talking to them about my concern (literally just including all relevant information on voicemail) then transferred me back to the clinic that gave me a different number to call saying I need to speak with their management team (exactly what I was trying to do in the first place). Speaking back with the clinic, the woman at the desk admitted she was the one that gave me the card because she was told that I wanted to speak with customer service which was untrue, because I told her I wanted to talk to the clinic manager and I watched my technician turn to her and repeat what I had just asked her for. Upon follow up on my appointment I was brought in and the technician confirmed that I'm there for a follow up, then asked me what's going on, kind of his job to know what needs to happen for a follow up contact visit. My appointment time was 11:15am, technician scanned my eyes at 11:30, then wasn't seen by the dr until 12:35. When I explained my experience so far she wanted to change to different lenses and gave me an empty case to place the old lenses in. When I questioned it and placed the lens in the holder she instructed me to, she then scolded me for putting into the case without solution (she hadn't brought any into the room). As I'm still learning best methods to get lenses in, I made 2 attempts to place them in my right eye and the Dr began treating me like I was wasting her time. "If you need time to get them in you can go sit outside at the table and I'll see you back in a week", Iike I didn't just wait over an hour after my scheduled time to finally see the Dr. I put my lenses in and just left. I will be forwarding this to my insurance company for review as well but this office is unprofessional, has poor communication and customer service. I

He not only takes the time to explain through medical terminology he also makes the information easily digestible to people who didn't go to medical school lol. I have already told my friends, family, colleagues , anybody that will listen that this is the doctor to see ! When I say he is efficient, I mean there was minimum wait time but when he was doing the eye exam he ensured there was no rush and I got what I needed! Another aspect that I absolutely loved is as a patient you could tell that the doctor and the staff members enjoyed each other's company, treated each other with respect, and had a little bit of fun! I had scheduled my appointment online and had no idea that I was the last appointment of the day. When I was checking in the front desk staff were so kind, the doctor came up and very politely asked if there was any way that I could pay out first so his staff could start processing end of day items (aka not waiting until the end of my appt) I SAID ABSOLUTELY! The take away is Dr. Nguyen not only treats his patients well but treats his staff well and was respectful of everyone time, NOW THAT IS LEADERSHIP . When I called to ask about directions, I spoke to a young lady named Jasmine who was rude. I asked her how to explain to me to get to her store from the mall, she stated I'm not good with the directions and had an attitude. It is extremely frustrating for an associate of the company to come from out of town that wants to get their eyes checked can I get anybody to answer the phone and then when somebody does answer the phone they are very extremely rude and makes me not want to visit that location at all.

Ended up that lenses were back ordered for several months and LensCrafters really didn't have an answer. However, one employee at this store (Parks Mall, Arlington, TX) truly went above and beyond. Dede stayed with it, even after I had given up hope. I was ready to just get a refund, but she reminded me that since it was a backorder, others might not be able to get the correct lenses either. So I waited. Dede called back several times and kept me informed. In spite of not always reaching me, and knowing I was less than satisfied, she continued leaving messages and updates, even when I didn't answer. And then today arrived and I went to pick up the glasses. I expected to be ignored. Problem transaction and all. But Dede immediately greeted me, dropped what she was doing, and took care of the transaction. No one else acknowledged that I was there the entire time, but her focus was on rectifying the problem. Kind, helpful, courteous, and professional, Dede convinced me to continue to be a LensCrafters customer.
