I paid for transitional lenses and the send the wrong ones, I try to get them replaced and they say I never paid.... on top of that one of the lenses comes broken and keeps popping in and out and they charged 130 to fix something that came broken from them. I wanted to visit this LensCrafters. They get my eyes checked as I was using my certificate from the company. When I called to ask about directions, I spoke to a young lady named Jasmine who was rude. I asked her how to explain to me to get to her store from the mall, she stated I'm not good with the directions and had an attitude. It is extremely frustrating for an associate of the company to come from out of town that wants to get their eyes checked can I get anybody to answer the phone and then when somebody does answer the phone they are very extremely rude and makes me not want to visit that location at all. read more

Quite a saga. LensCrafters really struggled with this transaction, which went sour probably not due to their fault. And because it turned for the worse, contact became sparse. Ended up that lenses were back ordered for several months and LensCrafters really didn't have an answer. However, one employee at this store (Parks Mall, Arlington, TX) truly went above and beyond. Dede stayed with it, even after I had given up hope. I was ready to just get a refund, but she reminded me that since it was a backorder, others might not be able to get the correct lenses either. So I waited. Dede called back several times and kept me informed. In spite of not always reaching me, and knowing I was less than satisfied, she continued leaving messages and updates, even when I didn't answer. And then today arrived and I went to pick up the glasses. I expected to be ignored. Problem transaction and all. But Dede immediately greeted me, dropped what she was doing, and took care of the transaction. No one else acknowledged that I was there the entire time, but her focus was on rectifying the problem. Kind, helpful, courteous, and professional, Dede convinced me to continue to be a LensCrafters customer. read more

Do not go to this Lens Crafters. Employees AND manager will add charges at the last second to your order without asking for your approval. Had to endure comments from staff on my disability as well as listen to staff members insult customers as they were still in store, and even after helping some with their purchase. Insults ranged from how people looked to what they thought certain customers could and couldn't afford. Sad. Top it all off, seen them brag about lying to a customer on a coupon, just for them to keep it and say that maybe they will use it on a customer they like. read more

Dr. Royal was very sweet and patient at explaining everything. She is extremely professional and I am definitely coming back to her next year. The entire staff was nice and professional and the wait was not bad at all. My and my husband were in and out in about an hour. read more

Horrible place, I highly recommend going to another store to buy glasses. False advertisement, telling my husband that there are interchangeable parts to his new glasses when there never wa as anything of the sorts. For almost $900 spent on glasses I'm extremely disappointed. I wish we had read other people reviews before doing business and wasting time. Weak apologies doing nothing to fix the situation. This is just for the LensCrafters. The Optometrist is 5 stars!! The problem is that the whole point of LensCrafters has changed. "Get your glasses in about an hour." Not anymore! The company has been sold. Now you get your glasses in 7 - 10 days!! No option for a rush. Plus this staff at LensCrafters is just not very customer centric. read more

I finally received my glasses after a month waiting . The manager pretty much gave them to me for free , after all was said and done . But the only thing that lacked was communication . If I was kept in the loop every other day . It would have been better. And I would have still been a customer. But as I said . I'm taking my business else where . read more

My old glasses were on their last leg and I was searching for some new frames. There are tons of places you can go but I always end up at LensCrafters. I went to the optometrist next door to get my prescription, then I walked around to check out frames at LensCrafters. My old frames were in bad shape but I was perfectly content with purchasing another pair of the exact same glasses because they were so cute. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they were busy so I signed in. While I waited, I tried on several pairs of glasses. Emmanuel assisted me with my purchase and he was extremely helpful and patient while I waited to make a couple of different decisions. At the end of the day, I walked out with a brand new pair of glasses and my first ever pair of prescription sunglasses. My glasses were not ready within an hour but they were ready within 3. I had to wait a bit when I picked them up but the manager on duty (I believe his name was Adam?) made sure that they fit properly and sent me on my way. There are cheaper choices out there but LensCrafters is my go-to place for glasses because they're always open, they're conveniently located, and I have a long history with them. read more

I just came here to pick up my daughter glasses today and they were so rude . All they had to do was just give us the glasses that we order but they made us wait for along time and were very rude to us . I will never buy anything here and would not recommend to my friends and families. read more

I walked in to LensCrafters today and asked Samantha to see if they could repair my frameless glasses because the right earpiece kept falling out. She and Charles worked on it for several minutes and fixed it perfectly. I am so pleased with their service and kindness and also their professionalism That I will want to come back again and again to this location and see them again anytime I need eyeglasses or contacts. Went to this place because I wanted to get good and fast service u didn't want to be cheap but this was the worst desicion ever I went to get eye glasses for my daughter and they told me they were going to be ready and 2 hours but the problems with this was that I had to get the frame that they had on the show case because they didn't had extras just what u see is what u get and if they're and a bad shape u get it or wait till they order one ones ,ok so I decided to wait the guy told me I was going to be a week ok that wasn't so bad is been now 2 weeks and nothing and I'm here waiting for the eye glasses to arrive when I called them yo ask because they haven't called me or nothing they just give me an excuse saying two more days and than I called again and another person gives me a different story just stupid excuses I payed good money for this and my daughter needs them x school and nothing is happening don't go to this location bad services and just a new excuse every time I call to find out about when will they them . read more

I called lensecrafters to schedule an appointment over the phone and they would not schedule me. They told me that I had to call the next day to make an appointment. I called the next day and they told me to come on in. Once I arrived there they told me that they are no longer taking "walking in". Total waste of time, so I went to Target. They took me right in and treated me like an actual person. read more
