The reading part of the lens still isn't up to par but I'm not going back again. So disappointed in this place considering I spent over $800 for these glasses!

Luckily I got there shortly after they opened so I didn't have to wait for one of the sales associates to help me. The problem with my lenses is that they are small so small in fact they fit in a kid's frame. Which isn't a bad thing considering kids frames are way cheaper. To be honest I wouldn't have cared if they were some horrid color as long as I could see again. The sales associate literally went to the selection of kids frames and grabbed a pair. She didn't have to go back and look for another frame as her choice fit my lenses. I can't not express how grateful I am that she was as friendly and knowledgeable as she was. Our glasses came with a one year warranty that covers any and everything. I did recently have an issue with the place however. I went in to get my frames tightened up and walked out with a damaged lens (I didn't immediately realize it though...). When I called back a short time later they asked that I return so they could check it out. Basically they didn't believe they caused the issue and needed to have their supplier review the damage to help determine cause. Once they realized glasses were less than a year old they immediately ordered new lenses and remedied the issue. I was a little frustrated at their initial response however the situation worked out as needed. Give them a shot. Definitely better than the big box s
