I started searching and was frustrated I couldn't get anyone to respond today. Most were a week away. Pure luck caused me to call. The owner rearranged his schedule in order to get to me by early afternoon. He was clear and professional. We agreed to partner up; he'd get the siding and shingles, I'd get the paint. My roof was in rough shape. I expected him to pitch me a new roof, but he's too honest for that. Instead they worked into the evening, fixed everything, replaced some other siding unrelated to the leak, cleaned my gutters and blew out the leaves and mess from all around my house. And the cost was 20% less than the lowest alternative. A lifesaver!!!

The amazing thing is how compassiate he is the work. During the initial visit, he took me for a ride, literally, to other sites he finished. All looked fantastic. I hired the company and he finished the chimney in one day, replacing the underside, which did not exist. They perfectly color matched the house and did a wonderful job cleaning up. He followed up later with a phone call, asking how please I was with the work. I told him that he could bring anybody by to look at the work and compared the house to the chimney. One year and a half later, I called him again for roofing and siding, the whole house. He again whisked me away, to the exact same places. So you know there is no BS in where he worked. I hired him for both again, comparing him with other companies. The rook was finished in one day, cleaned up and all. The siding took nearly two weeks. Siding work is messy, so expect that. I did not. In any case, they worked with me in my daily inspections of the work. If saw something, they corrected it. I had some screens riped. They replaced. I asked to replace the house siding inside my porch. They replaced. NO extra charge. Lastly, he is reasonably priced. I checked. He, again, followed up after the job. He also gave a very long guarantee, in writing. Hire them!!!

I talked to several companies about this job (initially, we weren't sure if we were going to go back with real cedar that was originally on our house or the Nichiha cedar shake) that Russ recommended. My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. This is our second time using Russ. He also replaced the siding on two of our chimneys a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. We were in need of 80 feet of fence to finish our backyard for our newly adopted(foster fail)boy Rocky. I made certain he(Patrick) knew we needed the post every 8-10ft max(did research) as Rocky is a big boy and he will need reinforcement. Patrick had his guys put up said fence. Before payment I inspected the fence. 2 sections are 12ft and one of the sections is 14 1/2 feet long ! There is no tension in the fence and another area of fencing lifts about a foot off the ground. I brought these things to Patrick's attention and within minutes he lost his mind screaming at his guys, me, my friend. Accusing me of wanting stuff for free. Stated at one point my dog should just consider himself lucky to have a fence. He gaslighted me accusing me of saying things that were never said. He left his trailer overnight(night before) and I parked in front of it. That morning he thanked me for blocking it(theft concerns) that afternoon when he lost his mind he threatened me with police if I didn't move it and then he stated he would just "run into it"(my car) He said he was done. Called me choice names. Called my friend a FN B, who had NOTHING to do with this. He left. I was left dumb founded. I was shaking and honestly scared. I had no idea what this guy was going to do next. He then text me, told me he would be there the following day to fix it with more money needed. I CLEARLY told him if he ever stepped foot on our property again the police would be called. I paid him for the materials he bought and am now looking for someone to correct and finish the fence:/ I'm putting this post out there because y'all should know this man is abusive to his employees. He is abusive to his customers. I would NEVER recommend Patrick or his company to anyone. Within minutes of him leaving the fence came apart at the 14.5 ft section. This mans emotional state is in question and his workmanship is terrible. Avoid at all cost.

I sent him pictures of what needed to be done and he was very detailed about the questions asked me. This told me he was very serious about taking this job because I reached out to another company (Alcaraz) and sent them all the same info and they ghosted me but, I'm glad they did. Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel I received a fair price for the work that was done. He definitely went above and beyond and I can't even tell where that hole was before, he did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards.
