Dr. Paul and his assistant coordinated a thorough examination, the best I've ever experienced, and I was finished very quickly. I mistakenly left my contact lenses and case behind and it was discarded for hygiene reasons. The front desk was more than accommodating as they offered me a new case, solution and a trial pair of lenses to replace those discarded. Superb service. I confirmed that I do and that it is Davis Vision. The representative responded that they do not accept Davis Vision. I pointed out that Davis Vision is listed on KEC's website as an accepted provider, at which point the representative replied, "Are you a website designer?"--a dismissive and unprofessional remark. While I have a good sense of humor, the interaction ultimately wasted my time and left me questioning the reliability of both the information on KEC's website and the Yelp reviews that led me there.

Parking was only by meter in front of the store. Traffic on Broadway was horrendous. I was told not to touch anything in the store to try on frames. This abysmal treatment has cost the company two customers. After posting this negative review, I received two phone calls from the optician explaining his paranoia with Covid-19 despite precautions taken in the store.
