The front desk was more than accommodating as they offered me a new case, solution and a trial pair of lenses to replace those discarded. Superb service. I only regret I didn't become a patient years ago!

I then called to schedule a prescription consultation. Before offering an appointment time, the representative asked whether I had insurance coverage. I confirmed that I do and that it is Davis Vision. The representative responded that they do not accept Davis Vision. I pointed out that Davis Vision is listed on KEC's website as an accepted provider, at which point the representative replied, "Are you a website designer?"--a dismissive and unprofessional remark.
