The guy that repairs & fixes the tires at this place (don't know what his name is), literally lied and said he didn't "think" there was a nail in my tire. Literally took my car to another tire shop today (in which they patched it up in about 10 mins or less, look out for that review), CIRCLED and SHOWED me the HUGE nail that was in my tire. He didn't even remove my tire or anything. He literally just stared at my tire and touched it twice without truly inspecting it. DO NOT GO HERE. The little lady who owns this shop said the guy was on his lunch break & said he needs his lunch break??? Like I don't know that lol I never argued that he didn't?! Very weird people and customer service tbh. My sister took her car here as well and he did the SAME THING to her & her tire LITERALLY blew up because he didn't "THINK" there was a problem... but sure was working on everyone else's tire and doing what he was supposed to do like he should've did with OURS. I went for a wheel alignment and the mechanic had a serious bad attitude soon as I parked my car. he had all these excuses that my car might have problems after and it's gonna take 2 hours for the wheel alignment. the owner did nothing to help. do not support bad c service shop. read more

My car had a tire that was leaking air from a pothole I hit unfortunately so I came here for a quote on what to do and they told me that they could get me a new tire. I asked for alternatives from my factory ones and they were still able to get me a good price and it took no more than 30 minutes for them to swap out the tires! I was looked after by honest and gentle staffs. Tire pressure sign was on and I didn't know why, they figured it out and fixed it.

The Korean lady at the shop was very nice and helpful. I'd visit again if I have a problem with my tires.

"DING!!!" goes my car AGAIN!!! This time, the screen showed ALL FOUR TIRES are low in air. Hubbers said it could be because of the sudden shift in the weather - that if it gets too cold, the car's system thinks the air in the tires may be insufficient. Since I remember liking this place for that particular task, I came back again. And again, Jesus was the one who tended to me and mentioned the same thing Hubbers said. "Could be because it got cold." Like the last time, he checked on all 4 tires to make sure I was good to go. I forgot it was free, so I said, "How much do I owe you?" He said, "About a hundred dollars..." but then he couldn't contain himself and laughed quietly. He then gave that gesture. You know - the one where he tells you it's no charge. Tipped him anyway coz' they cool like that. Yep. Truly my go-to for tire stuff! read more

I was recommended to take my used tires here to get them mounted by Fred over at Atlantis Tire. The workers are nice decent people who seem to care and have good prices. However, their equipment and/or technique for mounting and dismounting tires is no good for aluminum and painted wheels. I had a total of 6 tires dismounted and all my aluminum wheels have 4 of these marks on the inside surface. Furthermore, when the technician used the pry bar to get the tire off or on he also scuffed up the visible surface of my wheels. The woman in the office who seems to be the manager was off to lunch when this happened so all they could offer my was an apology. Finally, when the wheels were placed back on the technician used an pneumatic impact wrench to torque the lug nuts down. That is a big no-no as they should be properly torqued down using a torque wrench. I had to ask him to properly retorque the wheels. The tech came out with a colored torque socket. These are known to be less reliable than a calibrated torque wrench. Moreover, those sockets can lead to overtightening and damaged wheel studs. As soon as I got home I retorqued my lugs properly with a torque wrench. I have been to many tire shops and this is the first time my wheels have been damaged by one. To the owner - please invest in proper equipment so that you do not damage people's wheels and please take the time to properly torque down lug nuts by hand. I am sticking with America's Tire/Discount Tire next time. read more

Came here for my first set of new tires for my truck but, isn't my first time here. I been here three times and this time I want to leave a review. The woman that works here is really sweet and soft spoken. The mechanic here is very efficient and handles your rims and car carefully (major plus). There is another guy who works here that I've seen each time and he's seen me "grow up in a way" and remembers me. Very friendly and honest people here. Not trying to get rich over a sale. Recommend going here for all you tires needs. Possible downside for people (not me) is that they're not big on name brands. Yes they can get you any brand but they find you the tires that gives you the most bang for your buck (another BIG PLUS)! read more

Drove up to get a tire patched and got immediate service. The guy working in the shop was extremely fast and hard working. Patched the tire up quick and topped off air in all tires without being asked. He did a patch from the inside of the tire instead of a standard plug. 5 days later and no issues with the tire. Bonus points for the lady from the office setting up jacks and moving tires around to help setup the mechanic's next job. read more

I found a nail in one of my tires, and it was on its way to being flat. Vision Tire was just down the street, and so I phoned and spoke with Jesus, who gave me a ballpark of $20 to patch the tire, but said it could be more since he hadn't seen it yet. So I drove over (just took literally a couple of minutes), Jesus was there, and he immediately started checking out the flat. He showed me the tire did have a nail in it, and proceeded to do the patch, which took him no time at all to do. Not only did he repair the tire, but he put air in all the tires, checked the hub caps and correctly put them back on (whoops, I guess I hadn't done it right), and charged me $20 for all of it. Just spent over a grand for new staggered tires for my bimmer and wanted to install them as soon as possible. Because, why not? Found this location close by, checked working hours and pulled in. Here where things got weird, amigo met me upfront while I was unloading set of tires, and told me that they are closing in an hour and he doesn't feel like he can make it... Seriously? An hour? Of course, you should definitely start changing and wash your hands around an hour before your shift ends. I stuffed tires back in the car and left. Great business! This is the place I go to for tires. I happened to find this place 2 years ago when my tire popped a block away. They happened to have a used tire and fixed it right away. Then recently, I got a nail stuck in my tire and it had to be replaced. I tried going to the big name places that are closer to where I live, but the wait was long and prices were high. Came in for for the install of tires I brought. The owner is very nice and welcoming. The prices are reasonable. This review is more for the experience with the specific employee named 'Jesus'. He did not treat my car with care. Note that I have aftermarket rims, lugs and about 1inch drop. He used three floor jacks to raise my car. I could not understand why he used the low profile jack on the car's rear while he jammed the normal profile floor jacks into my side splitters... Props to him for using a torque wrench but he literally drop my lugs to the floor after Un-bolting each one... Would I ever come back? Only if someone else worked on my car. read more
