Miguel and his team were incredibly thorough, honest, and professional from the start. I originally came in for a check engine light and rough driving issues, but during their inspection, they found additional problems that had been missed -- including failed suspension work and issues related to a previous oil leak repair. Miguel took the time to explain everything clearly, provided before and after photos, and even showed me the actual parts so I could fully understand what was going on. There was also a female mechanic there (I believe she may be one of the owners), and I absolutely loved her. She was knowledgeable, direct, and helped confirm concerns I had about previous repairs. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way instead of just taking your money. What I appreciated most was the honesty. They didn't try to upsell me or pressure me -- they gave me real information and helped me make the best decision for my car.
