Their office manager was so nice and managed to schedule them to come in just a few short days. They showed up when they said they would and in just a very short time had the pool pumped down and vacuumed, the lines blown out, chemistry adjusted, pump and filter drained and the cover installed. They did have to come back to put a floater with chlorine into the pool (we didn't have one and they didn't have one on their truck) so, all in all, an excellent job for a very nice price!! I don't have a clue why he operates this way. I would highly recommend to anyone not to hire Rudy because he is dishonest. I have the call logs and contract to prove it.
