During the job, he dropped his scissors and punctured my pool liner. He patched the hole, but my liner now has a permanent patch because of damage that occurred while he was working on my pool. What bothered me even more was how the situation was handled afterward. I had been quoted $500 for the job, yet I received an invoice for $515 with no initial discount or adjustment whatsoever for the damage to my liner. When I called to discuss it, he genuinely seemed shocked that I would expect any sort of discount and felt I should still pay the full amount. I made it very clear that I was NOT expecting the job to be free. I simply felt that when a company damages a customer's property while performing a service, some reasonable compensation or adjustment should be made. After our conversation, he eventually offered 10% off the $515 invoice. Considering that I now have a hole and patch in a pool liner that did not have one before he arrived, I found that response incredibly disappointing. Accidents happen. I understand that. My issue is not simply that the scissors were dropped- it's how the company handled it afterward. Taking responsibility for damage to a customer's property and making a genuine effort to make it right is part of good customer service. Between being invoiced for more than the $500 I was quoted, initially being expected to pay the full amount despite the damage, and then having my concern treated as unreasonable, the entire situation felt very unprofessional. My pool had problem after problem due to its age, Justin and his team kept their cool, ensured I knew why these problems were happening and informed me of the fixes. They refused to redo it despite that polymeric sand had not been applied. The side yard was tore up because they brought trucks onto the muddy yard despite being told in the consultation that they would be hauling everything by wheelbarrow and trucks would not enter the yard. The yard now has to be reseeded. The screen door was torn on the second day. A fence post was tore off on the second day. They littered cigarette butts over the length of the property. They buried my sprinkler fitting and had to dig up a bigger section around the patio to put new tubing in. This also has to be reseeded. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend. EDIT: Just noticed that the middle of the patio is sunken and pools water. Gonna be great to watch it rain and run toward the house. Thanks!

One of them stated if you can deal with the ugly wrinkle, I'd leave it until you can replace it. I appreciated the honesty and the fact he didn't try to sell me his services.

This company was responsive, coming out within an hour of my contacting them to look at my yard and provide me a quote. Not only did he come out the very next day to do it when he had a cancellation, but he did it for $3,000 less than the other company had quoted me. Stamped concrete area in our photos is 17x20 feet with an 11.5x7 foot grill area off shoot. His crew was extremely efficient, job start to finish was two days. They even made sure no concrete was on my fence from the pour and that the dirt filled in around the edges of the pad. I am extremely happy with this company and the beautiful stamped pad they put in and will be contacting them for any concrete we need in the future.

They were more expensive, but was recommended by someone who repaired our liner and they made a good first impression. However, it went downhill from there. They never called to let us know when they were coming out. They would just show up at the house. I told them several times that we needed advance notification to make sure somebody was home, but they would just show up. They said the pool flooring all needed resurfaced, which I didn't feel it really did. There were just a few spots that needed patched. When they finished resurfacing the floor, it was rougher than it was before they started. The five minutes that Ashley was here, I asked about the pool light because nobody had done anything with it yet, even though I asked for it to be added onto the paperwork several times. He had me pull one up online and said the cost would be within $100 of that price. However, it was about $500 over that price that we saw online. Their communication was very unprofessional, and the pricing was double what the original contract stated. I would definitely not recommend this company. They're not trustworthy.
