Unbelievably negative experience; zero care or concern for their customers. Came twice for heat treatment and still failed to exterminate my bed bug infestation. Blamed it on me for "reinfestation" when I hadn't travelled anywhere. Gaslit me that I didn't see the bed bugs I saw. I had to move out of the place because the bugs were destroying my life. Asked them to return for the warranty for the few bugs that travelled with me and they refused because I had moved. "What if it's new bed bugs at your new place?" Be so for real. Complete scammers. Bed bugs are EXTREMELY hard to get rid of and require exterminators who actually care and use very precise methods. Even just 2 remaining bugs can explode into a new infestation. These exterminators care more about their bottom line and have no idea what they're doing. Maybe they're fine with other bug infestations, but *DO NOT* trust them to get rid of bed bugs They are ridiculously expensive ($1800 for a studio/1bdr) and it was a complete waste of money. Be warned--this will bleed you dry when you have to find someone more competent. read more

Have had a very positive experience with this company. Moved into an old house about a year ago and after a few months, my dog was going nuts every night sniffing the floorboards and crying. Vision Pest Control came out fast, sealed up the openings on the outside of the house to the crawl space where they found rat nests. They also set traps and came back a number of times to remove traps and set new ones. They explained that oftentimes once the main entrances are sealed, rats will look for new ways in. This happened and we ended up calling them back within the 6 month window they offered for follow ups. Lo and behold there was a roof vent that had been disguised and rats were able to find another route in through there. They came back, that got sealed up, and they set a few new rounds of traps and came back multiple more times to make sure everything was resolved. Had a problem with ants at my house. They were invading all kinds of spaces in my home to get into the cat and dog food and everyday was a new battle. Enter Vision! Gamma was great! He explained everything he would be doing and the process and locked up after he left. After the treatments, the ants seemed to get worse. So I called Gamma again. He very patiently explained to my panicky self what the ants were going through and reminded me that he told me they might get worse before they got better. But to alleviate my fears, he came out 2 days later to give another treatment... a spray around the house and a dust underneath the house. And since then, everything has been golden! Best of all, they did it at a fair price. If I ever need pest control again... like keeping skunks out of my yard due to my overly enthusiastically friendly dog, I'll give them a call! read more

They were very responsive and friendly. But the fact they don't guarantee their work ended up being a problem (financially). In an attempt to catch an annoying (and very tough) mouse, 2 visits included multiple types of traps out, and Vision even helped with clean up as we turned over the house. However, it was an unknowingly candid conversation that led the rep to say that it was a great job because you visit, you put these things out, and you just hope for success. As I look back, knowing that the fact that he could get larger traps than I could at the hardware store, and that he had a different poison than I could find at said hardware store (the mouse ate both and died 3-4 days later) made me realize that I spent over $500 for, really, advice? Helpful advice, don't get me wrong, and they kept working with me (then again, I paid for it). But when it came down to calling after the 2nd visit to give an update and the rep at Vision said they could come out again and lay more traps (for a fee, of course) it just didn't seem worth it. Maybe they're more 1 and done with other pests. My advice: just keep that in mind. Also, don't have a dog door open when the sun goes down! read more

I'm really disappointed in this company. I called over the weekend after seeing great Yelp reviews. The rep quoted me $199-399 with a warranty. I went ahead and booked an appt. They came out when I was at my appt and when I came home I was shocked to see a receipt for $590 and written on there was no warranty. I asked my husband if they wrote on there why there is no warranty and why did they over charge us by $190. He said that was what the guy said he told you it would be. I asked him if there was any add on's because the price was so different from what was quoted. He said no. I called back the company and asked about the no warranty and why we were overcharged. The guy replied immediately with "I'll refund you the whole thing." No reason given. I told him I wasn't asking for a refund and I wanted to know why I was charged an additional $190 with no warranty. He got upset and then said "I'll refund now" and hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. I didn't mind paying for the service but when there is no explanation for an extra charge and a change in terms I want to know why. He literally called me back and said it is unbelievable that I called in. I told him that I didn't ask for a refund and I would be fine with the difference back and an explanation. Again he got upset and hung up. These reviews must be from family and friends because there is no way that real customers would leave reviews like this with their bait and switch tactics. 2 stars for showing up to the appt and on time. read more

Changing to 3. Called them in to remove cobwebs and spray the property as though they were great years back. They did a pretty half cooked job. Half the garden still had loads of webs. They also made quite a mess. The guy in the office is great and sent them back to finish the job which I appreciate. But after the second visit, my whole pool area still had webs all around. and found black widow egg sacs in a really obvious area. Many places want to lock you into a year-long monthly spray contract, or a two-time spray. But I had a unique situation with fungus moths due to a rain leak in my master bedroom closet. Gama was extremely helpful in making recommendations for what to do (rent a de-humidifier), and we agreed that a single spray should do the trick.
