She was very thorough, and we discussed my medical history in-depth. After my appointment, I met with the staff member David to go over my options for glasses. He was so much fun, and I found the perfect pair. The whole process was easy, and I was so happy to find a pair of glasses AND sunglasses. I also love the fact that I can walk to the office from my house, so that is a HUGE plus. The staff at the check-in desk were super sweet. I came to him originally with red stinging eyes and he realized right away that I needed a special kind of contacts... my previous eye doctor tried several kinds but I still had the redness and stinging. Dr. Rice nailed it and got me back to normal on the first try. SO HAPPY! Since my initial visit, I've been back routinely and he's still the same great doctor with the same great laid-back attitude. Dr. Joy Nakabayashi was amazing an answered all of my questions and provided me my options. Next step select glasses I went with the Ray Ban's since I've been wearing them off and on for years. I did have an issue with the glasses, had to get them adjusted multiple times, finally Pat the office manager had me come in an select a new pair that she felt would be more comfortable for my needs. It's amazing how when one of his employees leaves, he's able to find a replacement that continues to provide the same excellent level of service.
