I called the clinic to get pricing after I saw they were having a one day special for Restylane,…read more$200 off one syringe or $300 off two syringes so I decided to go into their open house from 4-7pm and check them out before committing. When I arrived a representative for Restylane was trying to get me to sign up for a separate rewards program which would give me an additional $20 off of my service, so I signed up. There was issues with the tablet and it wouldn't actually let me sign up but they still honored the $20 off of my service which was nice. They had free food and drinks and dessert which was perfect because I was starving after a long day at work. I brought my friend who also took advantage of the special for the open house. I filled out paperwork, I got there at 4:30pm and I wasn't seen until 6:00pm, the wait was okay because I was with my friend but if I wasn't catching up with her I would have become frustrated due to the wait. There was no one before me from the time I walked in at 4:30pm so I don't know what was the holdup. I got back into the patient room and there were lots of assistants coming and going as I was having my consultation which was distracting and I didn't know who to focus on, I get easily distracted. Although there was a lot going on I felt like I had the doctors full attention. Also; not important but I did note that my room did not have a TV or music playing like the room my friend was placed in, which is fine but the inconsistency was weird. It made me feel like my money was less important than my friends money who got the bigger room with the extra stuff haha. The doctor was very nice and he let me know when I would feel pinches which was nice to expect. He let me hold a mirror to show him where I thought I needed more/ my opinion. He was done within a few minutes. Also; I wanted a canula to be used, when I called the rep who answered the phone confirmed he would be using a canula but doctor said during the consultation that he uses a blunt needle. This was a bummer because I was misinformed. There were also assistants coming in and out while the actual procedure was happening which was distracting for me as I was trying to focus on relaxing due to the pain. The office in general has very nice employees, the office was clean, although I felt like it was disorganized. My friend was missing some papers from her stack of paperwork, my friend received a nice care gift bag with a post treatment pamphlet and a business card while I had to ask for one. We both received ice packs for our lips which was nice. From what I can see from results looks great. I have a two week follow up appointment that they called and scheduled for me so a follow up call was very nice. I will be going back to this office again for other services in hopes that there are established organizational procedures and keeping visitors who come in and out during a procedure to a minimum.

My mom and I walked in to see their April specials and asked questions about the Vibraderm for my skin (23 y.o.). Gro the main esthetician, took us on a mini field trip around the office along testing out the machine that would be used on my skin since I was a bit uneasy if this would hurt. Truth be told, when I came in 2 weeks later for my appointment I was radiating and didn't hurt a single bit! Vibraderm removes your dead skin and resurfaces your new skin leaving it radiant and glowy as the days pass. Gro did a great job prepping and cleaning my face prior to using different pad applicators on my skin. She then placed a tingling serum that would go 2 layers deeper to penetrate deep into my pores to clean and refresh. She also was nice enough to remove these bumps near my eyes that were just pockets of fat. Towards the end of the facial, they again add a serum that adds a moisture and vitamins to the face. I'm actually going back for another personalized facial but this time I'm going to try a more deeper clean to remove any stubborn acne and add a nice glow again. I love how greatly my facial skin has improved through their treatments! The entire team is fantastic but Gro is my favorite. Her vibe, her energy and passion is something I've never come across. This is why I waited so long to leave my other review at the other establishment because again, the service was NIGHT & DAY in comparison. The room for Skyline is more clinical than spa like, and it's decorated in cheery blues and whites. Skyline laser spa uses SplendorX laser which blows cold air while lasering without gel. I came here for underarms and the whole process was quick and painless. You can feel the follicles being zapped but no heat or other sensations involved (unlike some other lasers I've had before ) Splendor X was released in the end of 2018, so Skyline has some of the latest tech on hand! First off, the person who was supposed to perform my laser hair removal--Laila Bandahan--is truly unprofessional; she was always more concerned about the payment than about the actual results. We agreed on a treatment plan consisting of six sessions, with payments to be made in installments based on the results. During the first session, she asked me *only* about the payment; I paid her, and she spent a mere five minutes on the session itself, claiming that her machine was so good that I wouldn't need any more time than that. As it turned out, by the third day, my face looked exactly the same as before. I returned for my second appointment; she attended to me but claimed she didn't know I was coming--despite the fact that an appointment had clearly been scheduled! I explained the lack of results from the first session, but she simply told me, "You have to make the payment before I can treat you," and she completely ignored the complaint I had just voiced. I have undergone this treatment at other places before, but because I recently moved, I tried to find a place closer to my new home. However, I am telling everyone in the DMV area: do not go anywhere near this clinic! Honestly, it is useless. They are unprofessional and are only interested in collecting your money without caring at all about the actual results. Take note: don't even bother coming in or calling. You run the risk of simply losing your money. I wasted $250 on a laser appointment only to have absolutely nothing done. To top it off, neither Laila nor a certain "Doctor" who works there made any effort to explain *why* the results were so poor. I've attached a photo of the place; if there were a "Mega-Score" category for bad service, believe me, I would be the first person to give it to them.
