I made a call and within 24 hours I had an estimate to remove 3 large trees and grind the stumps and 1 additional stump. I asked about doing some trimming on my 2 large olives, but they recommended I wait for cooler weather as it's better for the tree! Once we approved the work, they scheduled quickly and arrived at the time they said. The work happened quickly, with the team working very well together. we spent the day driving the representative to our properties for a bid. spent 2-3 hrs going over all that was needed. They gave a price that we excepted. Their office wrote up a bit without any details. I had to spent more time to change it before starting next day. We moved our cattle. All our trucks and equipment for the job. Which took another hour of our time. to then have another rep showed up at 7pm to then go back on the bid. that was given. Telling us his rep wouldn't be there much longer it was to early to cut tree and trying every way to back out of the job. We will never use them again nor recommend. sad way to do busines! read more

Jesse and his crew were great!! they cut back 3 huge (over fifty feet tall) eucalyptus trees and trimmed back two other smaller ones. They all look great! Also cut down 5 other dead trees and ground down the stumps, and removed a dozen large stumps from dead evergreens. They did all this and cleaned up the grounds and were gone in 5 hours! These guys know what they're doing and do it well. They are well worth there reasonable prices. We would highly recommend them for your tree service. We'll be using them again in the spring. I had not trimmed my trees in years and they were huge. Visalia Tree Service had good reviews and belonged to the BBB. Their estimator came out, we set the date. His crew came which was probably 6-8 guys arriving promptly at 8 a.m and we t to work. Swinging from trees with chainsaws and clippers and ropes, they get the job done quickly and efficiency. The owner German promised to come and take care of 2 large trees that were losing branches and did not show up on the scheduled day and tried to avoid my calls until I hid my caller ID. Then he gave me his "word" that he will show up another day only to send me a text the day of the scheduled job that he cannot do it as it is "too dangerous". He is unreliable and cannot be trusted. I did not hire this company, my neighbor had them come trim their palm trees. A good amount of debris was ending up in my yard, so I asked one of the crew to come remove it. He wasted no time correcting the issue. When they were done tree trimming, they even came back with a leaf blower to tidy up my backyard and skimmed the pool! Some reviewers have said the company is inconsistent with returning calls, but their in-person customer service is excellent! From what I can see, they did a good job on the trees, too. read more
