This is our second time with them and happy twice. They gave us a time window they would arrive and arrived early. They had enough guys there to be working one three trees at a time. They made time for our questions, updated us along the way. A big difference was having us come outside and check their work. They stayed until everything was exactly the way we wanted it. Customer for life! I did try one of the others with a good review here, and they were terrible. Cost less, but we had to suffer through a few years before it grew out enough to repair. They didn't stick around for us to see the job, and when we complained they came out and said the guy said he was a certified arborist and we would like the look in a few months (stayed a mess). Photos to show there is no other tree and it was this one that a 7 ft stump was left We showed Matt pictures of his truck and tree and still would not come back to complete job nor respond to us for over a month Now he calls a month later and demanding my wife to take down the post or else with threatening her.
