Got the best quote for trimming our trees on the front yard and several trees in our backyard, but we had to wait 5 weeks due they were busy. Finally, Mike started trimming two sections of palms trees that got over grown with a bunch of seedlings I asked him if they can full the seedlings out and I'll pay them extra, he said he'll try but they can be stubborn. Well, the outcome looks the same however I did paid him. I pulled those seedlings myself for 30 minutes for an older person with some illness to top it all. To make a long story short the trimming was mediocre of a job they cleaned up my backyard but the front they left the dead leaves back underneath the tree they trimmed. It was a huge tree and they got it done quickly and left the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. I had a good experience with them when removing a tree. I then hired them to trim my palms. I've done this with other companies around the same time of year and never had a problem. They charged me $600 which seemed high but I was willing to pay it cause if they aren't trimmed the buds fall in my pool and it's a mess. My husband is recently disabled and I'm working full time so I don't have the time or energy to clean my pool every day. About 6 weeks after they trimmed the palm trees they started shedding the flower buds. I looked up and three of the six palms had huge branches of the buds. My daughter called to ask them and the owner said that the best time to have the trees trimmed was the end of June/first of July. When she asked him why he didn't tell us that when we hired him the beginning of June he didn't really have an answer He said he would come back and cut the buds back for $250! So I paid them $600 to do something that wasn't done right or according to them was done too early and I'm spending an hour every night cleaning the pool. We have lived in this house for 19 years and have the trees trimmed every 1-2 years and have never had this problem. I just decided to use Sanchez for this because they had done the other work. I am so disappointed and feel like I paid $600 for nothing. Even though they did a good job on the first job I would never use them because they didn't stand by their work and tried to charge me another $250 to do what they should have done the first time. They said they had no control over when the flowers would bloom but if you read about palms it says if they are trimmed when the buds start to bloom they should be good for a year. This job wasn't even good for two months. I had told several people about Sanchez brothers and recommended them but I have told them all to not use them! Although it would make my life easier to pay them $250 to trim them again I won't do it. I'll pay someone else to do the job they should have done right. read more

Michael Sanchez and his crew were very professional and tidy, when had a tree removed from our front yard. Two big trucks pulled up and Michael let us know upon arrival, that they were there before they began working. They chopped down the tree and put it in the chipper within minutes. Michael then had a remote controlled stump grinder and chopped up our tree stump so that there would be no more growth. During that time his men were sweeping up the mess left behind from the tree; all was done efficiently and within no time at all. Michael let us know that the tree was dead and that we could go ahead and replant another tree in its spot if we'd like to. Overall I was very happy with the service that Sanchez Brothers Tree Service provided for us.
