After being fitted with Starkey Evolve AI hearing aids, and listening to music in my car for the drive home, there was continual noise (audio distortion?), making the music's lyrics difficult to understand. I turned them off, then back on again. After 5 minutes of struggling with this noise, and without re-adjusting the audiologist's default settings for these hearing aids, I put my 7-year-old Phonaks back in (re-programmed last year) and enjoyed much-better clarity and audio spectrum equalization. This office seems friendly and nice, but I will say that my hearing assessment took less than 15-20 minutes, while my previous audiologist took 35 minutes to assess what's best for me (many more tests). 1 star for the "hearing aid (?)," an additional star for friendly staff. read more

The office provides hearing tests, hearing aids, and much more than that. In two years of my experience, the employees are so caring, patient, and well knowledgeable. I recommend that everyone would take time to see an audiologist, just like Christopher George Medina. HEARING LOSS is not as easy to detect as you may in SEEING LOSS. In sight problem it is easy to notice because your sight becomes blurred and you go at once to an optometrist. Not in the case in hearing. It is almost worst already once you notice it and too late in most cases seeing an specialist. My ear & sight trouble are both severe now. But my sight problem was detected as young as 10 years old and on hearing at 42. Don't wait until we are old to resolve hearing cares. Early detection would mean earlier application of convenience and will delay or even save a lot of worse effect. read more

Place is a zoo!!! Basically felt like I was walking into a kids playground and not a doctors office. Not sure if its a family owned business, but really not the place to have a baby walking around unattended. Took my mom in because I had seen all the reviews had positive things to say, also had been referred by a friend who got his hearing aid here. You got one of the nurses there babysitting another trying to talk over the kids crying, and overall not sure how its a medical center. Will be going down the street to Belltone maybe they can help my mom out. I didn't even get a chance to sign her in, it was really hectic. Kids are not meant to be in a medical office!!! read more

I was referred to Virtue hearing aid center by a long time friend. Very glad I went here, Chris is the owner/ operator, who also did my hearing test. I shopped around at other places and Chris had by far the best deal. He also loaned me a pair of hearing aids to wear for a couple of weeks to see how I liked them.
