Unfortunately, his performance lately has fallen short of my expectations. The work he did was also subpar. He blamed it on the heavy rain we had on May 2, 2024; however, the picture he had taken just a week before tells another story, as does the picture taken on May 9, just before the rain, which says my pool is now sparking clean. It's not sparkly clean. He did not share a picture of my pool on May 2. I took a sample of the pool water to Leslie's, and they said the chemicals were way off balance, probably due to the rain. According to the water test, there was still much chlorine. I told them there were two tablets. They said he's trying to maintain the pool with chlorine tablets, which is why we have algae. Despite my request for a refund,  I have yet to receive a response from Manny, which only adds to my dissatisfaction.  Never in 18 years have I ever had a problem with pool service.

They didn't clean up the area 2 times as promised, their plumber didn't install the salt water system and project manager didn't notice many issues. Lack of communication is the main issue for this group. The salt system itself was left sitting next to the pool equipment not attached at all. 8 months later (as of this posting date) the salt water system has still not been installed and has cost us hundreds of dollars extra to keep the pool at the levels it should be. These extra chemicals wouldn't be needed if the salt system was installed. They didn't even realize they haven't finished our job until they saw we owed a final payment. We're more than happy to pay the final bill when our pool is completed and promised per the contract. There was an issue with the concrete company they used. They left with major cracks formed immediately after they were done. Bolin did address the issue however it took additional weeks for them to argue with the original company.
