They have, hands down, the worst billing team out of any medical provider I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I have them on record violating Texas law yet they just don't seem to care. They over charged us by about $1,400. When asking for a refund they illegally withheld the funds until they could clear bills with that amount as a credit, even though we explicitly told not to do that beforehand. We rejected the premise of a credit, yet they took it upon themselves to withhold the refund for much longer than they were legally entitled to, and illegally treated it as credit funds. That is in direct volition of TX law. You cant arbitrarily use an overpayment as a credit when the customer explicitly asks for their money back. once asked, you have 30 days to provide the refund from the date of the request. You did NOT do that. I even cited the exact laws and regulations you are bound by here in the state of TX, and you just ignored it and did your own thing. I am not the only person that seems to be facing suspicions and borderline fraudulent practices with this billing department. I will file a complaint with the TX med board and TX AG office along with my evidence of the violation. Hopefully this stops happening to other people. If you actually cared about the quality of your service, you would have fixed your billing issues. I see reviews over years that this is a recurring pattern with this clinic. Seems to still be the case...
