She takes her time with each patient, asks great questions, offers advice beyond the scope of a typical PCP. It reminds me of the way medicine use to be when your doc made house calls. Okay. that's a little before my time. It is refreshing to be able to email (text) your doctor questions and receive a quick response. I am a pretty healthy guy and never had any major medical issue. Friday night around 8 pm while on vacation in another state. I was not feeling well. I text Dr. Stuart with my symptoms , she immediately responded with very a couple of specific questions, when I respond, she step-out of a Friday night movie and called me. I never would have gone to the emergency room has I not spoken with her. Turns out my appendix had ruptured, one emergency appendectomy later it all turn out well. You hope this never happens to you and maybe this is an extreme example but it is a true story and Dr. Stuart deserves a shout out. They are wonderful and very understanding. During my last visit, one of the nurses gave me some great, practical tips for managing my allergies, even sharing what works for her own kids, which I really appreciated. The Cons: My initial experience was a total nightmare due to insurance hurdles. While that isn't the fault of the practice itself (third-party insurance is the absolute worst), it definitely made the start of my journey here rocky. More recently, they've implemented a new sign-in sheet process. Since this was a change from previous visits, I mistakenly thought it was only for new patients. When the front desk clerk asked me to sign in, she responded with a confused look and a bit of a rude tone. He absolutely listens to what you tell him -- he never rushes you out the door and, in fact, continues to ask questions until you really can't think of anything else. He really wants to know what your concerns are. On top of that, he is extremely kind and covers all the bases when helping with a medical problem. When I go back each time he remembers what we talked about (not just things he could read from my file) and shapes his treatment around the whole picture, not just the one thing you need to talk about that day. He takes his time and never makes you feel rushed in your appointment. I've always had a great experience with the receptionist and front office staff. The PAs are another story. I only see them when I have to. The ones I have seen do not have a good bedside manner. And interestingly enough, a few recent reviews on Google have mentioned not being able to get antibiotics when needed and that is the exact same thing that happened to me last time I had to see the PAs. I was terribly sick but because I didn't have the flu or Covid they wouldn't do anything for me except prescribe some cough meds (that were a waste of money and didn't help at all). It took more than one visit for me to eventually be given antibiotics and hey guess what, I finally started to get better after a few days on the antibiotics. The wait time is absolutely atrocious. I appreciate how much time Dr. G takes with me so I can only assume he does the same with everyone else. Perhaps the office should consider booking fewer patients for him each day. Although fewer appointments means less billing so I doubt that will ever happen. At the end of the day I will likely keep coming here until I am given a really good reason not to.

They charged me a $155 deductible even though my insurance is $0 copay for annual visits. Claimed they had to charge $155 to "establish new patient care". The visit to "establish" care is Dr. Muhammad Farooqi sitting in a chair across from you, asking you the same questions you just filled out on the 10 forms they give you, after he makes you wait 45 mins after your appointment to see him. Dr. Muhammad Farooqi does not care about his patients; I told him I needed 2 referrals and he told me he would only give me 1 per visit. Mind you, each visit is an additional $115 EVEN WITH INSURANCE. Never in my life have I had a physician put me in a position between choosing a referral for my mental health or a referral for my physical health. HE LIMITS YOUR HEALTHCARE ACCESSIBILITY FOR HIS OWN PROFITS. He was also very rude and hostile when answering my questions. He stated that since I am in my 20's, I am not his target demographic and he does not care about me or people of my age group since we only account for 10% of his patients, therefore 10% of his profits. In addition to his complete disregard for patient care, the clinic is also UNSANITARY. There were BUGS in the room I was placed in. When I brought it up to the nurse, she just laughed. I had to kill the bug myself and the dead bug stayed on the floor while all of the nurses walked over and around it. If you are wanting someone who sees you within 5 minutes of walking in the door, spends 5 minutes with you and writes you a prescription, you may not be a good fit for this practice. Dr. Perijoc spends time with you, asks a lot of questions and runs tests to determine what going on with you. She writes prescriptions when needed, but she also addresses prevention and suggests supplements to keep you from needing prescriptions. Her knowledge is extensive and she works hard to ensure that you are not put into a box as many providers are forced to do when they have to see so many patients per day to be able to actually make a living. But if you are looking for a quality provider, she is the best we have ever seen. She is careful with your health and works to not over or under treat any condition. I am glad we finally slowed down enough to put our health and that of our kids first. We all see her and all are healthier for it!
