The practice has grown over the years and I have some people treating me today that we're here in the very beginning. To me that says a lot about the practice culture. I would highly recommend then in treating Asthma (yes I am a patient), Allergies (again a patient thou I have not needed the allergy injections), and Hereditary Angiodema (man did the doctors, staff and I work hard on learning about that one together). I highly recommend them and even willing to drive 45min to an hour every other week for treatments.

No. With that being said, I also state that I canceled my subscription to NTPHP's concierge medicine (CM) practice in March (2024). If you are considering subscribing to a preferred provider practice, there are things you need to know when discussing your options with the doctor. I have made a career working with physician practices and seven years as a patient of NTPHP. I will give a detailed overview and opinion of why concierge medicine may not be for you. I grew up in an era where "your word was your bond" and your handshake was your seal. Be sure when discussing the advantages of a concierge medicine that the verbal commitments (sales pitch) align with the legal contract. Don't be misled into believing that this form of medical practice was designed for your benefit. It was not.
