She's incredibly thorough and has been very accessible via the patient portal whenever I had follow-up questions. The nursing staff also deserves a shout-out. They are wonderful and very understanding. During my last visit, one of the nurses gave me some great, practical tips for managing my allergies, even sharing what works for her own kids, which I really appreciated. The Cons: My initial experience was a total nightmare due to insurance hurdles. While that isn't the fault of the practice itself (third-party insurance is the absolute worst), it definitely made the start of my journey here rocky. More recently, they've implemented a new sign-in sheet process. Since this was a change from previous visits, I mistakenly thought it was only for new patients. When the front desk clerk asked me to sign in, she responded with a confused look and a bit of a rude tone. It was a minor friction point, but a little more patience for returning patients adjusting to the new workflow would go a long way!

He treated me the best he could, and when I went to the pharmacy I saw that Dr. Moon had prescribed a tube of Clobetasol with one refill. This is truly a doctor who wants to keep his patients as comfortable as possible, its hard to find a doctor who cares so much, I am so lucky to have Dr. Moon III as my PCP.

She turned around and sent my information to the collections agency, although I have called her office and asked to recode the visit, as she was seeing me for a particular issue. For us this is a great way to start with a new doctor and stay for a very long time. The staff is very friendly. The wait time is minimal due to the few patients. Dr. Davalos and Evelyn (nurse) speak Spanish which is a plus for my wife. I don't know if the rest if the staff does, but I'm sure they can direct you with someone that does. I came in for what I thought was my annual visit to do blood work, etc. I paid my copay and had my bloodwork done. As I was leaving, they said I should come in again for a physical. I have no idea why a physical wasn't done when I was there for my ANNUAL VISIT but I went ahead and scheduled it for two weeks later. I ended up cancelling the appointment because I live over 45 minutes away and just figured I would do my physical the next time I came in. I also didn't want to have to pay my copay again when I was literally just there. Fast forward 5 months later, I get a call from them saying I have an outstanding balance on my account. I called my insurance and was told the office billed my visit as a "regular visit" versus a "wellness visit". I called the office back and was told since I didn't do a physical DURING my bloodwork visit, it wasn't a wellness visit. After arguing with multiple people over 15 minutes, I never got an explanation and ended up paying the balance. I will never go here again and do not recommend.
