We sprang into action as soon as we found out our car wouldn't be ready for a couple days. First, I google mapped local taxis and budget shuttle came up first. A trusted transportation company does NOT make it necessary for passengers to get off the bus to make sure their luggage is safe at every stop! No recourse other than filing police reports and hoping the riders that took it do the right thing and return it. Management hasn't responded and office staff, while allegedly sending an email to all riders, knows who took the luggage....the driver admitted he unloaded it. He actually apologized. NOT the BEST by far.....Take the Tripper Bus to NYC...
