I guess she specializes in Viking cruises, but we used her for our honeymoon in Hawaii. Vicki put together a fantastic package for us: airfare, high-end resorts, the works. The best, though, were the activities she found for us. We could only give her a vague idea of what we wanted, because we really didn't know (and had decision fatigue from the wedding planning). No problem for Vicki, who just went out & found us great stuff. She booked us on a tubing adventure, a great luau, and what was easily the best helicopter tour on Kauai. When we needed to make changes, as we did several times, she was quick and flexible about doing so. I normally book travel myself, but I would go back to her in a heartbeat.

It helped that they had been to NOLA before and could make some personal recommendations; one of our favorite recs was the evening historical ghost tour which we might not have thought to try if it weren't for them. They also found us options for culinary tours at our request. :) Our latest request for them was for our honeymoon. We were already so focused and stressed from wedding planning that it was an easy decision to enlist Melissa and Zach's help by giving them our preferences, timeline, and budget for our honeymoon, and they helped price out some great options for us to choose from for multiple countries. We ended up choosing Mexico for the value, and it was just what we wanted and needed after our wedding festivities were over. While they will plan a nice vacation for you both domestically and internationally, I think their international experience with traveling is the most valuable thing about their services. They're adventurous and have tried both the touristy things and things off the beaten track; they won't have an issue with giving you great travel tips and good deals. :)

Melissa incorporated the ideas I had found (there was a luxury tent resort I knew I wanted to stay in) with suggestions of her own and it all worked out wonderfully and in fact exceeded my expectations. The trip was far better than anything I could have planned on my own. We had drivers to take us anywhere we wanted to go, they found us an awesome resort in Mombasa, planned activities for days that we needed them and also allowed for plenty of downtime, and worked within our budget. We never had to worry about anything once we hit the ground in Kenya. Sometimes throughout the planning process I would change my mind about things, and Melissa was always very patient and prompt with getting back to me and tailoring the itinerary exactly to my specifications. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We booked the beautiful overwater bungalows in both Moorea and Bora Bora and it was heavenly! We are both very busy with work and school schedules, and have limited time, but Deborah made herself available to chat with us on Skype in the evenings, and email many before our trip. She gave us tons of inside tips, promptly answered all of (our many questions) and presented us with many option and pricing. Having gone to Tahiti as many times as she had, she is definitely an expert. As soon as we arrived to both islands we were greeted with beautiful fragrant leis by the staff and promptly driven to our resort. During our entire stay she checked in with the staff to make sure we arrived safely and got us the royal treatment and even some extra perks and surprises that one might never get. You can that she loves her job and makes sure her clients are well taken care of. My husband and I were treated like royalty at both resorts, but especially at The St. Regis. We didn't touch our bags once, and were greeted with another lei, cold water, and fragrant wet towels and wisked away by a motor yacht. My husband surprised me one night and booked a private romantic sunset catamaran tour that was out of this world, we swam with dolphins, sharks, snorkeled, and ate the most amazing food in the world. I would fully recommend using Deborah in the future and we look forward to going back one day for our anniversary!

To start, our initial room had been straightened but was not properly cleaned. When we brought this to the attention of Robbie at the front desk, he was extremely professional and apologetic. She immediately addressed the issue and moved us to another room without hesitation, which we greatly appreciated. The next morning, I stopped by the front desk and was assisted by Ashley, along with the front desk supervisor Marrissa. Both were incredibly helpful and took the time to ensure our concerns were fully resolved. While we were having breakfast in the food court, Ashley even came over to personally inform me that the hotel manager, Meaghan, was available at the desk. After speaking with Meaghan, it was clear that she is dedicated to providing top-tier customer service. This changed when an incident occurred with hotel guests taking alcohol past security. You have to show your ID to get back into the gaming area if you decide to purchase food/drinks at the lobby/food hall. Crabtastic, avoid this place do not waste your time, even the employees state that the food is terrible. Overall if you want to part ways with your money stop by, just know that this is not a casino as there are no table games just slots.
