We sprang into action as soon as we found out our car wouldn't be ready for a couple days. First, I google mapped local taxis and budget shuttle came up first. They were so professional and came and got me right away. In the middle of rush hour they arrived within 45 minutes of my call. We rented a car at Dulles airport and were on the road in an hour and a half. I highly recommend this service. They're courteous, professional and efficient.

Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years…read more I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

It is with profound appreciation that I post this review to express my sincere thanks and gratitude…read moreto Khalil and Reda who I found to be the most professional and courteous souls in the transportation industry. While I've hired other agencies in the past, Tangier Transportation certainly raised the bar. And, as a grumpy, aging geezer, I am not easily impressed. My lifelong buddy, whose daughter is my God-Daughter, chose Tangier for transportation to and from a hotel and her wedding venue nearby in Rixeyville, VA. He did the research before he chose Tangier and, as I demanded to cover the cost for this service, I did additional research. OK. So online, Tangier seemed to be a good bet. I could NOT have been more pleased. My conversations with Khalil both before and after the event were, believe it, enjoyable. He is easy to work with and most attentive to the needs of his clients. His "day after" call to make certain everything was to our liking was not surprising given my previous conversations with him. I will ever recall Khalil mentioning how Tangier drivers do not show up "on time". They show up well ahead of time to ease the jitters that always come when hiring such a service. Well .... Our driver, Reda, arrived to the hotel well before the clock started ticking. And was he a delight! Polished and professional, he attended to every variant we introduced into our scheduled runs to/from the event. The 28 passenger shuttle he piloted appeared to be brand new! For sure, Reda represented the perfect "face" of this organization. And I shall never forget that smile! Ever. Finally, and I must say this, Tangier has a really good thing going here and I will ever remember them for future transportation needs. And you should, too. You will not be disappointed. Benjamin B. I can't recommend Anthony enough! I was genuinely surprised how seamless the entire booking and…read moretrip was. Anthony is professional, very easy to get along with, and just an overall quality person. He is easy to chat with, but doesn't force conversation on you, (unlike a lot of other drivers). His car is spotless and drives like you're not moving at all. (Although that's probably due to Anthony's driving haha.) It is notably one of the best cars I've been in, and comparatively top tier in car services. He offered me a drink, had a few snacks available, and even offered a movie for me to watch on an iPad. I had a same day round trip to/from Raegan. He was ahead of schedule on my 3am pickup, and waiting right at my gate as soon as I stepped out of arrival. I've used car services for years, and this was by far the best. If you need a ride, look no further.
