And then had the nerve to be rude and disrespectful to me when I came to get them after all that time.. First and last time I'm bringing clothes here. $40 down the drain for grease stains that were hardly removed from a blouse, a children's shirt, and children's trousers. When I got the clothes back, there was no mention from the woman at the counter about the failure to remove the stains. Only when i started removing the plastic film in front of her to inspect the clothes did she mention that there were two tags attached attesting to their state, although she did not take it upon herself to go into any detail. I wouldn't go here. I brought in a pair of pants in to be altered. They gave me a day to pick them up. I came for the pants and they told me they were not ready yet. This was somewhat annoying because I has having them hemmed for an event, I came back a week later to learn that the pants had never been altered. I have been a customer of Virginia cleaners for over 30 years. I dropped off a number of shirts for cleaning and no one said anything about a change in price. When I picked up those shirts they announced that the cost had more than doubled to 2 1/2 times what they had been charging before. This company is a rip off and I recommend that you do not have anything to do with them because they will not treat you well. The lady at the counter gave the rudest attitude because I took an extra second to make sure I had all my items and for double checking a stain was removed before I left. Also 75 dollars for dry cleaning 4 pieces of clothing. Might as well just buy a whole new wardrobe for that price. It's the first and last time I will be giving them my business. Expensive, careless, and slow. This review is for their wash and fold service. When Central Launderette closed, we needed to find a new wash and fold service, and based on reputation, gave Virginia Cleaners a try. They charged 3 times what Central would have (almost $4/lb!) and took 5 days as their standard turn around time. When the clothes were returned, the folding was terrible, everything was horribly wrinkled, and all of it had to be refolded. They also gave us FIVE things that weren't ours and we are missing socks and underwear from our order. They broke the zipper on one of our laundry bags, too. I can't speak to their dry cleaning service, but as a wash and fold they are a huge fail. read more

DO NOT TRUST!!!! I dropped off a number of items to be cleaned and one of the items was a extra long tablecloth. I was given a reciept for the clothing and nothing for the tablecloth. Since I was in a hurry, it didn't occur to me that the tablecloth would go missing! My husband picked up my clothes but he didn't come back with the tablecloth. I have asked about the tablecloth and I get nothing. Something happened and I am out of luck. I asked the employee for help and all she could say is that we don't have it!
