Before choosing Clark's Roofing and Siding service, I called over 10 roofing companies to get estimates and that meant listening to presentation after presentation about the types of products they offered and methods used in comparison to their competitors. The significantly lower quotes looked very appealing, but I realized there was a catch that would translate to significantly higher costs. Conversely, Mr. Clark of Clark's Roofing and Siding's level of professionalism and transparency was bar none. He inspected the roof from the outside as well as the inside. I put the word out on YELP and got 3 referrals, thank you Mike A for this one. Jon's estimate wasn't the cheapest, he was in the middle but his contract included more goodies that the others. It was also extremely detailed. He is also the sole owner of his roofing company which was founded in 2005. We notified Jon on a Friday and the job was meticulously completed the following Thursday. I knew the job had started when I thought Santas reindeer were on my roof at 6:45 am. That's right, they were actually there at 6:15 covering my yard with tarps and moving furniture off my deck. His crew of 5 tackled my roof with extreme professionalism. They walked around up there like it was flat and it's quite the opposite. On the first day they worked until the sun set and they lost daylight. They were back the next morning and waited in their trucks for the sun to rise a bit. An hour later they were done. Clean up is always a concern when dealing with a project like this. All my old shingles and all the nails that were doing their best to hold onto those shingles were removed. I have walked my property and haven't found a single nail. They have large magnets on rollers that they even used in my shrubs. I just can not say enough about this roofing company. The difference came down to experience, reputation, and cost. I chose Skye-Brynn Enterprises to replace the house roof and rebuild the patio roof. They arrived when promised, took care to protect the property, and worked together very efficiently. I could see the crew had worked together for a long time as they flowed through the work with little extra discussion and few, if any, delays. The crew was as quiet as could be expected, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. The new shingles are very attractive, no water comes into the house, and only one very minor correction is needed. I recommend Glen and the Skye-Brynn team when you need a new roof, or even repairs.

The home owner will have to be the accountant with several phone calls from Glen, the GC, asking how much $ is left every few weeks- wanting the final draw BEFORE completion of work. Did not accurately draw up the discussed vaulted ceiling so paid extra $ due to incorrect blueprints; the "maintenance free" screened porch had numerous pine knot stains over every wall come through within 1 month of completion...which is ongoing maintenence! The interior windows were incorrectly installed in the wrong color causing delay for correct custom windows to arrive. Interior doors installed without door frames as well as drywall finish look hideous. Home owner had to fix door knobs. They promised a final cleaning which did not happen. GC referred to the home owners' wife as a b**** to other subcontractors. Communication so poor GC requested subcontractors to discuss matters with us, the home owners, as to smooth out tensions. Many of these subcontractors were wonderful, respectful and professional and clearly not connected to SkyBrynnes business tactics. Abruptly GC's wife "took over" in her words through email correspondence with a lecture on how "we as customers are to behave going forward." We noted at initial introductions of future construction plans in the home; so there was great potential of this company acquiring future work of a laundry room addition; a full bathroom and office space addition and 2 bathroom remodels. We have built 2 homes, hired many different contractors that we gave returning business for large jobs in 5 different homes and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.

Gutters have clogged every year for past 15+ years. You can call when you notice they are…read moreoverflowing but have to wait and get approved for warranty ticket. 15 years ago I didn't bother just cleaned them every year!myself. Now I can't and yard is washing away due to there slow response. Last year they did come and unclog the but told me they saw different screws and couldn't warranty them next time. Well if they guarantee no clogs , there shouldn't be a next time. I've always believed they were installed wrong. They didn't install transitions from gutter to downspouts. Just cut small holes, so they clog easily. I don't recommend them if they are still doing this subpar work and make excuses not to honor their warranty.Disappointed!!!!
