We called them 2 days ago and said we were ready to have the windows replaced and the owner said he'd need to send his guys back out to measure (that's fine, not a big deal, but why not measure the first time you come?). The guys show up today and told me they'd be removing one of the windows (which have panes) and replacing it with a piece of plain glass temporarily. They needed to get the proper measurement and then order the 2 windows. We were not told this and I have a photographer coming to my house tomorrow to do listing photos and it would look ridiculous for one of those windows to not match in the photos. That's not even the worst part. Obviously I could just call and reschedule for them to do that after the photos are done but they became extremely rude and belligerent to me in my own home while I was home alone with my son. I told them that we were not told that window had to be removed and they proceeded to tell me that my husband was told that, so I called my husband while they were standing here and he confirmed that he was NOT told that. I told them my husband was extremely ticked off and the one guy rolled his eyes and just walked out the front door while the other guy stands in MY home and tells me "Yeah well my boss is going to be pretty pissed off too." I was like WHAT!? First of all, why would you say that? Second of all, it was YOUR company that screwed up so please tell me why your bosses feelings would matter one iota?? The second guy leaves. My door bell rings 5 mins later and the second guy is back at my door to tell me I'd need to call the office to rescheduled an appointment. Well duh! Why did you come back to tell me that!? I proceeded to tell him that I would not be calling them back because we've had one too many bad experiences with them now and we're pretty mad. He proceeds to tell me again "Well my boss is mad too." AND!? Mad at what??? We didn't do anything! Plus WE are the client. You are here to work for US. You didn't fully communicate with us so that is not my problem. TWO things here.... 1)The fact that they have guys in the field treating people like this in their own homes is extremely concerning. 2) It says a lot about the company culture if they feel empowered to speak to customers that way. By the way, my husband called to speak with the owner and it's clear that he doesn't have much concern for this situation. He was not bothered or apologetic. Speaks volumes.

Upon picking up the sash I noticed they'd replaced the window stop with new and there didn't appear to be any additional charge for the materials. I am moving forward with both a criminal and civil lawsuit against him. If others are reading this and have been scammed, contact the Virginia Beach Police, Economic crimes unit. William is violating state law that I shared below. § 18.2-200.1. Failure to perform promise for construction, etc., in return for advances. If any person obtain from another an advance of money, merchandise or other thing, of value, with fraudulent intent, upon a promise to perform construction, removal, repair or improvement of any building or structure permanently annexed to real property, or any other improvements to such real property, including horticulture, nursery or forest products, and fail or refuse to perform such promise, and also fail to substantially make good such advance, he shall be deemed guilty of the larceny of such money, merchandise or other thing if he fails to return such advance within fifteen days of a request to do so sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to his last known address or to the address listed in the contract. The more complaints they get, the faster they will process his case. Also be sure to make a complaint on his DPOR license (google DPOR complaint to get the form) I am also filing a lawsuit against him in small claims. Adding that she would contact me with the available dates within a week. I acknowledged that the $175.00 fee was okay. Since I did not hear from her by then, I called on April 6, 2026, and spoke with Pilar. She said she would call or text me when a service call is available.
