Every time I go there is never really a line. And if there is a wait or a line, it's kind that there is a bench especially for senior citizens to rest while waiting. The rest of the store? 3 stars. She said I needed to walk down a precarious tamp to the parking garage, and then search out an elevator to ride up to the store. There were absolutely no signs anywhere inside of this parking garage, however I did finally manage to find the store. A ended-up little frustrated. I purchased some basic stuff like bread, water, some apples, and soup. The store itself was fine, I just with they would give a little more guidance especially if you are forcing people to take an elevator to enter the store.

I had try Kings Hot Cocoa with Oatmilk, so happy they have non-dairy milk substitutions available. I love that they use housemade cocoa here. It's a more sophisticated version of hot chocolate, definitely more bitter than sweet, next time I will ask for chocolate sauce to be added to off balance the bitterness. It's rich and authentic, not that powdery artificial stuff you find at chains. I was surprised by their huge variety. Beyond the wall of donuts, they have a full breakfast menu, plus happy hour and drink specials. It seems like a great place to transition from a morning coffee to a late afternoon cocktail. They also have a rewards program, which is a no-brainer to sign up for if you live in the area with just your phone number. The staff was very nice and patient while I was deciding (it's hard to choose when everything looks so good!). The whole place is very well-kept and feels like a spot where they actually care about the details. The only slight hurdle is the parking situation. It's paid street parking, and it can be a bit of a challenge to find an open spot nearby.
