Amazing service from start to finish by Bella. This lash spa is definitely doing things differently…read moreand I am here for it. Rather than the standard, massage table type set up, they have reclining, massaging chairs. They also provide you with a warm blanket and it helps create a relaxing environment. Before starting the service, they have you wash your lashes at their sink station. I can appreciate this because over the years, I've learned over the years, it is super important to have clean, residue free, lashes to ensure you get the most of your lash fill. Depending on your lash tech, depends on if they clean your lashes prior to starting the fill. I do understand it's a rather difficult task to clean someone's eyes will they lay down as there is no real efficient way to clean the lashes without getting water all over the clients face. Nonetheless, I'm sad there isn't a similar lash bar like this one where I live in Austin. I definitely plan to return anytime I am back home visiting.

I didn't know this time around was going to be negative unlike the other service visits. I've had my appointment be rescheduled from 8 Am on a Saturday to 10 to 10:30 Am to then rescheduled for 8 Am the following Sunday, all on the count of Bella apparently having issues with her son's flight. It's 8:42 Am and I'm here still waiting for Bella to arrive, apparently from the airport. I'm trying to be patient and keep an open mind as life can happen but it's not a good look on the business for the owner to ask to reschedule multiple times within 24 hours and still be running late to the appointment. The deposit is non refundable hence why I'm here. I very much doubt I'll be getting any discount or price reduction on today's service but I know I'll never recommend this place anymore for lashes. Monday's Update: I got my lashes done, but I was right as Bella went ahead and charged my card on file anyways for the remainder of the service despite cancelling and rescheduling all on her account. I've filed a dispute with my bank to see about the merchant refunding me the $82.50 as it didn't feel appropriate given this visit's circumstances with her lack of punctuality. I'm also not pleased with how the lashes look since I asked for a more natural, wispy look and she went with a more dramatic look. Regardless if I get my money back or not, and despite the compliments I get on the lashes, I will not be recommending this place moving forward.

This building is one I have driven by many times , but never entered the building until today. Speaking of entering the building, the entrance to Luce Beauty is on the side of the building, NOT in front of the building near the barbershop. Luce Beauty is located on the second floor. Their business is located near the stairs on the left hand side. There is also plenty of parking on the side of the building and rear of the building. I don't know who I met once inside Luce Beauty, but for name sake, we'll call the woman I met Luce Brody. Ms. Brody greeted me warmly upon seeing me. I was informed about the prices for the services; as well, as the membership prices. Should you join the membership at Luce Beauty, it is at a cost of $69.00 for a year. There is no refund should you decide to cancel your membership early so think carefully if you do sign up for one. However, there is another option should you not wish to aquire a membership. Just pay cash money and receive the membership price instead. Remember, to being tips in cash; however, if you wish, you can tip by paying by credit card as well. I will be sure to try this place out and write a review on the massage it self. Ms. Brody did informed me the massage therapists are all women...(As of right now). This might make some readers unhappy, but I thought you should know.

I don't get it why this place uses pressure tactics to make more money. Guess when I let her know I was interested in a brow and lip wax she backed off. Doubt I will ever go back here.
