Lashes By Alexandra - Been coming to Alexandra for years now and still loving my lashes and experience - Eyelash Service Near Me

I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to my eyelashes because they're very long and thick, and I know that a wrong procedure could cause them to fall out. This is my second time getting my eyelashes done by Hannah, and it certainly won't be the last. For my first time getting a Lift + Tint I was terrified, but seeing the end results eliminated any fear in me because my eyelashes looked AMAZING. And they never fell out. My lashes are as long and thick as ever! Oh and the reclining chairs are by far the most comfortable thing I've ever laid on, I've accidentally fallen asleep both times when Hannah was doing my eyelashes. Hannah is also very professional, but what I love about her is that she's the sweetest thing ever and goes above and beyond in trying to get you settled. So if you're looking for a place to give your eyelashes a nice curl, THIS IS THE PLACE! I can not say this enough. read more

Lashes By Alexandra - Lash Lift + Tint - Eyelash Service Near Me

Today I had my eyelashes done for the first time and I was very nervous at first since I am uncomfortable with people touching me in general. For those of you who don't know the process, it is when fake lashes are placed upon your natural lashes with a strong adhesive. Alexandra, Alex for short, was so gentle and friendly! We talked the entire time and she made two hours go by like nothing. It was a very personal experience and she really made me feel like I was at a friends house hanging out. I have heard from my other friends who have had theirs done at other places, that the beautician doesn't even bother to treat you like a friend but just another meal ticket. I really had a very fun time and I think that I am addicted now! At the end my lashes looked so natural, like they were actually mine. Having short lashes I was so relieved to not have to put on fake lashes everyday. However Alex did suggest to get a retouch after 2-3 weeks because they do eventually fall off and this ensures that you have full set of beautiful lashes. Luckily the touch ups are only $60 so it is a very affordable. Next time if you are considering going to a salon call Alex first! You won't regret it! Thank you Alex! read more

Lashes By Alexandra - Very natural and beautiful! - Eyelash Service Near Me

This is hands-down, the best my lashes have ever looked !! Alex is awesome and she is so quick and thorough! I have been to other lash studio's and it took hours...she is the best by far! I highly recommend Lashes by Alexandra! read more

Simply put: ALEX IS AMAZING! I had eyelash extensions done before, but was less than happy with the final result. The beautician used very long lashes, which didn't work out well for my eye type. The irony, right? The curl was way too droopy and made me look half-asleep. I was worried about trying extensions again, but am so glad I did with Alex. Her lash extensions skill is A++. Waking up to my perfectly curled, thick lashes is a dream come true, all thanks to Alex! Alex genuinely wants you to be happy with your lashes; the girl takes a lot of pride in her work. She offers different types of extension sets depending on the look you're going for. I was really tempted to get the Mink set but wasn't sure if the length would work out. Alex was super sweet and offered to do a test trial so she put a few on. I can't thank her enough for this, because the trial showed that same issue again where the lashes were too long and made me look sleepy. So I ended up getting the normal lashes, which have a perkier curl, but are still super long and full. Love, love, love these. During the entire process, Alex is incredibly thoughtful and thorough. Afterwards, she curled them gently with a heated eyelash curler and even gave me a complimentary mascara wand for maintenance. It's so helpful in the mornings and make sure your lashes keep in shape. It's been a month and they still look great. #instaworthy On top of giving me the best lashes I've ever had (falsies included), Alex is a great person. It takes a few hours to put on the extensions but the time just flew by because she's so fun to talk with. I'm seriously considering making a monthly trip to Phoenix from LA for refills. Getting lash extensions done by Alex is worth it. read more

I had been hesitant about getting my lashes done because the first time I had them done somewhere else and it was terrible but after Alex did my lashes I was addicted! She does a wonderful job and is a great listener too! Update: I have tried different lash bars since Alex wasn't around and they were terrible! I will never go to anyone else to do my lashes again! I now live 7 hours from her and will still drive to get my lashes done by her. She is so friendly and its therapeutic to be able to talk to her during our sessions. Unlike many other lash bars, she focuses on doing quality work and not how much time she spends on you. I've been to lash bars that stopped filling my lashes after 90minutes and my lashes were uneven. Alex however, always gets all my lashes and it is always wonderful. Her new studio is adorable and such a great space to be in. The environment is warm and its just a wonderful experience! read more

Alex & Hannah will give you the BEST. EYELASH. EXTENSIONS. EVER. Her home studio is comfortable, it's such a chill environment and I enjoy their company so much. They are both hilarious and soooo nice, it feels like hanging out and chatting with a friend rather than an "appointment". I get so many compliments on my lashes it's ridiculous- and the retention is amazing. I just went 8 weeks without an appointment. No lie. Before coming to Alex, I used to get extensions all the time from an another place in Haymarket, but afterwards I'd be left with damaged lashes- short, stubby, and bare. Alex is amazing at what she does and exercises great care, she doesn't overload them, so you'll have no damage. She has taught me a lot about caring for my lashes too, and given me a lot of great tips for making them last longer. My lashes have never looked better. LOVE LOVE LOVE them! Don't go anywhere else!!! Seriously. read more

I have had my eyelash extensions done twice by Alex and I will never go to anyone else. Not only does she do a fantastic job making the eyelashes look realistic, she's very gentle with the application. In fact, so gentle I fell asleep the first time and tried not to fall asleep the second time. Alex takes pride in her work and cares about her clients. I would recommend her to anyone and have referred several friends and family members to her. read more

I live in LA but every time I know I am coming to AZ for work, I make sure to schedule an appointment to have my lashes done by Alex - I would pass up any opportunity in LA to have an appointment with her (that statement alone should show how amazing of a job she does). I love having my lashes done by her because they come out beautiful, are the highest of quality, last a long time, and have an overall amazing experience! Alex made it so easy for me to feel comfortable when I got my lashes done with her for the first time. I appreciate that she's accommodating and that she gives helpful advice on how to care for the lashes. Every time I leave, I always feel pampered from her friendliness and feel as though I have left a spa because of the great ambiance and customer service. I look forward to the next time I have my lashes done by Alex and I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family. I envy anyone who is able to become one of her regulars as I would die to have a professional like Alex in CA. read more

I had my first eyelash appointment with Alexandra and I'm so glad I scheduled it with her! I wasn't really sure what to expect, but she and guided me through the process. My lashes are naturally short, straight, and thin and you can't really see them at all. I wanted longer, fuller lashes, but I didn't want something immediately noticeable so Alexandra chose a thinner type of lash for me. My sister wanted something more dramatic than an everyday look, and Alexandra chose thicker extensions for her. I really appreciate that she took the time to help me get the exact type of look I wanted. She answered all my questions and more - the lashes are waterproof, last for a few weeks before needing touch ups (mine were less full, but still looking great after a month), and should not be touched (no more rubbing your eyes - crazy important, because this loosens the extensions). The whole process took a little less than 2 hours and it definitely didn't feel that long because Alexandra was good company, but still very professional. She was gentle with my eyelashes, checking if I was comfortable lying down and asking me if the adhesive felt too hot. After the extensions were done, she gave me a blank mascara wand to comb out my lashes as needed. And they looked great - definitely fuller while still looking natural. I had a great first experience and I can't recommend her enough! Thank you!! read more

Alex is absolutely AMAZING at what she does! If you are thinking about getting lash extensions it is critical that you go to someone who is a true lash professional....and that's exactly what Alex is. She gave me the perfect length and exact look I was going for. I have gotten fills from Alex 4 times in a row now and couldn't be happier with how my lashes looked every single time! It's so nice to wake up in the morning and look glam and put together without even having to put any makeup on! Not only is Alex an expert at applying each individual lash one by one, she has a very calming demeanor and makes you feel completely at ease and relaxed during the application. Without rushing or sacrificing quality, she is very efficient and has had me in and out in no more than an hour and a half. If you're thinking of getting eyelash extensions, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Alex.....you will be very happy you did!!! :) read more

Alex is the best ever. I tried lashes over the years, but always gave up, because they wouldn't stay on or they didn't look good. That all changed when I went to Alex. I am not exaggerating when I say that I get compliments daily on my lashes. And it is so much fun to visit with Alex while she is applying the lashes. I am beyond thrilled. If you are thinking of lashes, one visit with Alex will convince you to keep going back read more
