I highly recommend this studio and would like to share my experiences: 1. Eyelashes Extensions: It's been years since last time I did eyelash extensions. My technician Erika was very skilled and patient. My natural eyelashes are thin and lack of volume. Erick was able to map them well and gave a fuller look. I have been showering everyday, and I didn't see any of the lashes fell out. Im very happy with the result. 2. Powder Brows: Katie did an amazing job to give me a new pair of eyebrows! It's transformative! I'm so glad I chose Katie. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She is also very friendly and fun to chat with. She takes her work very seriously - she will first draw lines on your forehead to make sure the shapes are even and balanced; she will mix multiple pigments to achieve the best color matching your skins and preferences. This is my second time getting my eyelashes done by Hannah, and it certainly won't be the last. For my first time getting a Lift + Tint I was terrified, but seeing the end results eliminated any fear in me because my eyelashes looked AMAZING. And they never fell out. My lashes are as long and thick as ever! Oh and the reclining chairs are by far the most comfortable thing I've ever laid on, I've accidentally fallen asleep both times when Hannah was doing my eyelashes. Hannah is also very professional, but what I love about her is that she's the sweetest thing ever and goes above and beyond in trying to get you settled. I'm not sure if the lady did not seal it properly or their glue is not good but I take care of my lashes, I wash and brush them twice a day and do not use products with oil in it. When I go to my normal girl they last 4 weeks. Very disappointing and will not be going back most likely. I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone. The staff is also very unorganized, the girl when she was done with my appointment just said you're done, did not walk me up to pay. The cashier didn't know how much to charge me, just a mess.

I got my lashes done here on 10/6/23 by a Junior Master Stylist and I am so so satisfied! I got the 6D Volume set and the lash tech did such an amazing job giving me exactly what I asked for! Not only that, but the lash retention has been AMAZING! My lashes literally still looked like a fresh full set after 2 weeks! I am literally on day 23 and my lash extensions are still holding on LOL I legit still have at least 70% of the lashes and this 3-week-old set still looks presentable! it's crazy LOL The secretary at the front desk was also very nice and helpful, clearly laying out all of the pricing and upgrade options too so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The studio was very clean and also very cold lol apparently it's because the adhesive they use has to stay at a certain temp, but they do provide blankets so you don't have to shiver through your appointment Lol All in all, I had a 10/10 experience and I am really happy I chose this location to get my lashes done! Once they told me to cancel the groupon I simply responded that I did and that I no longer want to schedule. I don't see how that is impatient. I waited for a short time and then got my eyebrows threaded. There was a special going on for $10 eyebrow threading, which is a deal you cannot beat. They asked if I wanted to do eyebrow tinting which I had never done before. It only took 10 minutes and was only $20. It is at least double that at other competing locations. The shape is so nice and I'm so happy to have darker and fuller eyebrows now. it will last about a month and I can't wait to go back and get them done again and try a lash lift next time - also a very fair price.
