The owner is both unprofessional and childish in her treatment of her customers. I had asked her simple questions about my lashes out of curiosity, and her response was to shoot me down, saying "no one asks those kinds of questions" in a very dismissive and negative way. There was no mannerism of politeness or respect from Evelyn during my entire session. It was truly passive aggressive and an awkward time. Listen lady, if you want people to be nice to you, especially for customers paying for your services, then you need to learn how to be professional and treat people with RESPECT. She kept continuing to be passive aggressive towards me and I don't understand WHY. She doesn't need to "show me her rude side" she already did so many times! That's why I wrote this review to warn other customers and potential clients to avoid this place. I really should have listened to the other negative reviews saying she treats her Groupon clients differently. She literally told me towards the end, after she caused pain by plucking an eyelash that was stuck together, that "I cannot do your lashes, you scare me too much" because I said "ow" because I was in pain from her trying to separate my lashes. Are you serious? A competent lash tech would have no issues separating lashes at the end which is normal. Evelyn, you were rude from beginning to end, making me feel uncomfortable as a client, who was just hoping to get lashes done, and yet you talked down to me and said I was "much nicer in person" than over text. She was passive aggressive MULTIPLE times, and said so many strangely condescending remarks that she should truly realize that these are things you should keep to yourself. I hope the owner realizes that treating customers in this way will NOT earn you better business, and discriminating customers because they "did not pay you the full amount" via Groupon which YOU chose to offer as a promotion is not the way to go. Read the negative reviews and you'll see exactly what I mean. Evelyn is both nasty and entitled, beyond any lash tech I've ever seen. It's truly disgusting she's looking to avoid accountability by blaming it on the customer when she was the one being insanely rude in the first place and putting her customers down (beware you might be treated nastily if you use a Groupon because she's not getting paid as much). But a few days later they charged me $60.13 without my authorization. I called the merchant but no response. I know this can't be. Very disappointed I will not recommend this business. Update - another $70 charge came in on July 31 for unseen reason. I will be contacting my bank for clarification. Also found another lash tech that does amazing job and the deposit she requires is only $15 and is flexible for 1 time courtesy rescheduling.
